A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

This was difficult at times as a lot of staff did not understand English so could not tell us what each dish was! The food was horrible and mainly catered towards Eastern Europeans, unfortunately couldn’t find any Turkish cuisine which was odd considering we’re in turkey! If you have an allergy then good luck as absolutely nothing was labelled and you had to ask staff what things were

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

There is an entertainment program in the pool and in the evenings in the amphitheater. There is a lot of entertainment, your hotel guide. I recommend both for a relaxing and active holiday, including with children

Very hilly steep climb from reception to restaurants and pools. Also big climb from beach back. Shuttle bus should operate all time but doesn’t. If you want to go anywhere it’s a taxi ride quite expensive

Had soup at about 2 am - that was a new experience The next day we went for breakfast and met some of the friendliest waiters you could ask for - Hakan was lovely, as we're all the other waiters

The lady who does the amazing flatbread was so nice, and looked after us, and showed my partner how they were made from start to finish, and even did her a heart pancake for breakfast on our last day

Such an amazing person! DJ Yusuf is truly one of a kind — hands down the best DJ ever! He kept the energy high with the perfect mix of the latest hits, and even joined us on the dance floor

Lunch around pool and beach area was the same every day with one dish changed. Drinks not the greatest either really, alcohol was pretty basic

Waves were rough so I didn’t feel confident to swim in the sea but it was lovely to get down there for an hour or so to put our feet in the water. Sunset was beautiful So I would recommend getting down there to watch it

Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy and there were always beds available. Of course there was your morning sunbed wars but you have to expect this wherever you go. We even noticed lots of spaces available

In my opinion, they need to be highlighted and put on a higher pedestal! If management read this…please give them men a raise! They are an asset to your team. Thirdly, beach was pleasant

Firstly, the facilities were fantastic! The kids (and adults) loved the slides and were kept amused from dawn until dusk. Pools were warm; well managed and well kept

There was a ‘poo’ incident in one of the pools on one of the days and the staff were quick to act and opened the pool as quickly as they could

The beach is great in 2 types of right side mountain flat plate with troughs with sea water, left side sand. On the stove to get a tan and splash around in the stone troughs

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

We had a problem in our room, reported it and it was solved within minutes. Plenty activities around the hotel and great entertainment almost every night. Live singing, dancing and something for the children too

Atmosphere is good, nice friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activities in the evening and day time. Good food, big choice of food. Area is not big but clean and cosy as also rooms are clean and cosy

Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids

Location & Transport: Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended

The hotel is located very well, near the sea (just 15 minutes to the sea by walking), Shops, markets and restaurants are nearby delicious with good quality Clean rooms, comfortable beds, we had everything in our room Very clean! The hotel and reception staff were very kind and polite!

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Throughout our stay all the members of staff we interacted with were very polite and helpful. Special mentions to Mustafa and Ebra (there were more but we didn’t get there names)

I liked the big pool the most, as well as the rooftop bar, from where you can watch Alaniya's lights in the evening

Rooms are cleaned, sometimes the minibar is filled. Apparently it depends on which cleaning lady is cleaning. There were enough sunbeds by the sea

The public areas were always being cleaned and tidied up. There was enough choice in terms of food. With a tunnel directly from the pool you were already on the beach

For the price I paid it was excellent. Staff are great. Pool area great. Drinks fab. Food was good. Can’t complain at the cost . Bargain Extended 3 times

We had a wonderful family holiday. The rooms were clean, and the staff were both friendly and attentive. The meals were delicious, and the daily entertainment was enjoyable

The drinks at each bar were very good and there was a wide selection. The hotel also hosted many attractions, such as a foam party by the pool, discos, vocal performances, and various shows

The only downside was that when midnight struck on the terrace by the main bar, and guests were still sitting with their drinks, all the lights were suddenly turned off without prior notice that the space was closing

My 2 children enjoyed the pool area and spent a lot of time in the pool and using the slides. Food in the hotel was incredible. We will try anything but there seemed to be plenty of choice and something for everyone

Here is good everything like entertainment, Tete is good he do aqua gym and volley ball. Ernest darts, morning gym and water polo. Poor and beach is good we like food and drinks. We're enjoying the environment

We have just returned from our 10 day holiday at Xeno Eftallia resort and we have loved it. We did a last minute booking and read some reviews after we had booked and it made me really anxious about staying at the hotel

The only downside, for us was the air conditioning. During the day, the hotel lobby was air conditioned and was a lovely place to sit and relax if it was too hot outside. However, in the evenings, this was switched off

However, there was nothing to worry about. The hotel was beautifully clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for what we needed and the bathrooms have obviously been updated recently

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun

There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo

I had a Very good family holiday in your hôtel. Beach is very beautifull, pools are perfects for the kids. Spécial shout, big thanks to the animation team, i have to mention ''Recep'' for his wellness and positive energy

*Location* The previous reviews are correct, the hotel is set in the mountains which offers an amazing view and view of the sea but at that cost there are steps and hills to get everywhere - some are quite steep

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

*Pool/Services* The pool was cool and a good size, some of it is permanently in the shade which is good for the heat. The sun-bed situation wasn’t the worst I’ve ever seen but a choosy

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

Just got back from the hotel was very pleasing, good food, good hygiene and very good staff especially the manager durmus he was very helpful and made me and my family’s experience so much better

There was a Turkish day when we were there which was a very fun experience had a lot of activities and traditional food, thete was also a concert which was amazing layout was perfect

Room and more and do not all have Wi Fi everywhere and good speed. The staff is friendly, food sea, that's the only-very little fruit. This is bad, but maybe just not the season. The pool is clean, clean thoroughly

I really liked the hotel and the room we chose. The view is gorgeous – mountains, sea, palm trees, and the avenue. The food is good: meat, salmon, and grilled fish every day

Excellent hotel for its 4* works well. Cleaning every day, good Internet. Hungry of course you're not staying. But the selection is small, the soup is always just 1. With all the snacking turns feeding 7 times a day

I would recommend having a medical thermometer in the first-aid kit at reception. My child had a fever, and there wasn't one. The room is cleaned daily (they don't do swans, but there was a fan)

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

Amazing view of the sea and the bay from the bar track. Nice beach though rocky entrance to the water. The beach is filled with sand. Personal sun loungers with umbrellas. There is a swimming pool on site

- People get up very early and put their towels on the sunbeds by the pool/beach and then go on with their day, so sometimes you will come and there will be no space for you, even though there are a lot of empty sunbeds with only towels

The view from my room (not at the pool, but at seaside) was directly of the sea and beach, stunning way to watch the sunrise & sunset

The beach is very dirty, the sand is imported and dusty, the entrance to the sea is rocky. At an early night departure on a tour do not give a lunchbox with breakfast. The food is delicious and always varied

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

Transfer is very long 3 hours and multiple stops for us to spend money lol The flooring around the pool is extremely slippery! Be careful when crossing roads as cars don't stop
