A very good hotel, it is aesthetic and looks good, the food is good and diverse, the cocktails are also good, the staff is very friendly and pleasant, many interesting activities you don't get bored at all, but most importantly the beach is beautiful and clean

The hotel is right by the sea, with a private beach and clear, warm water – perfect for swimming and relaxing. Offers all meals, snacks, drinks, and even some cocktails – great value for the price

The rooms were luxurious and had an amazing bathroom, with a large balcony. The amenities and activities were good. The food was top class and had a lot of variety, from seafood to late night snacks

The hotel is well maintained and looked after. All the staff work hard to please the guests and make their stay a holiday to remember A special thank you to Mr Isik for his kindness and generosity

We spent most of our time at the pool bar and Betul was a fantastic bartender and was great at her job. The lobby bar was also a great spot for spending the evenings with freshly ground coffee

I have visited various hotels in Turkey but they get better every time. We are family of 4 and booked the quad deluxe villa, which came with two rooms

They had empty plant pots beside each sunbed so people could put there cigarette ash and rubbish but they seemed to just attract more flies! Beach was fun the sea was warmer than the pool! Overall not the best atmosphere for a couple of colour as the hotel is mainly Eastern European, me and my partner often got rude looks and sometimes looked at like a lion in the middle of the city so be prepared

Pool - pools were big and sunbeds where plenty but the pool was unbearable cold that no one was in them

I asked the manager if it is usually this cold and he said yes, a big let down considering how big the pool is! The sunbed area was very filthy, you could not lie down for 3 minutes without a fly landing on you

Surely there are some deficiencies to be 5 star hotel but overall the hotel and money you spent are directly proportional. The location and pools are great, cleanliness and service also good enough

You get to the beach just in 2 minutes through the tunnel where you have fridge standing with water if you would like to take with you to the beach. You get towels and hotel has their own sun-beds

Rooms & Facilities: Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids

Hotel was very nice and very clean 2 buildings there are 2 different to to the other side of the walk, the bridge to the other side and cross the road do not bother, quiet street, the rooms are very clean, every day clean towels! And WI-fi need to stay log in, does it again! We also have an excursion done, really very very nice, waterfalls in Manavgat, and shopping in Alanya

Hotel was very clean, and staff were helpful. The section of beach that was part of hotel great, and good that could get drinks and food there too

The animators didn’t understand that some people didn’t want to participate. The location is good, the food is good – service depends on the day. I recommend it for those with low expectations!

Housekeeping was also disappointing—some staff didn’t clean properly and often left towels and bed sheets unchanged

The shuttle service only goes to the town centre twice a day, but there’s no return option, which is inconvenient. Meal times are strict—if lunch ends at 2 pm, you’re told to leave the dining tables by 2:15 pm

Stayed at the grand Kaptan for 7 nights. Service - When we arrived we were greeted well and our bags taken up to our room and given a welcoming drink. We checked in late but there was food to offer in midnight soup

In the evenings, the ambiance with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere created a truly romantic setting. This hotel is definitely a great choice for those who want to relax and create beautiful memories

Quatro Beach Spa – a true paradise in Konakli, Turkey! A fantastic hotel that impresses from the very first moment

is pure peace! The sea is crystal clear, the beach is calm and comfy. Lying on the sunbed while listening to the waves is just perfect. The staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere is so welcoming

The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and a quick bus ride into the main town. We also enjoyed a fantastic Turkish bath experience as a family, which was truly memorable

The public areas were always being cleaned and tidied up. There was enough choice in terms of food. With a tunnel directly from the pool you were already on the beach

For the price I paid it was excellent. Staff are great. Pool area great. Drinks fab. Food was good. Can’t complain at the cost . Bargain Extended 3 times

Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter

The animation team was amazing tayfun was best of the lot. Beach bar also top class can’t fault the staff. The pools are also great for kids relax bar with mohammet is a must for drinks.

There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road

Our room wasn’t too bad but some were very far away with lots of hills, in the main building (buffet, reception, pool) there are lifts and within the blocks or rooms there are lifts between floors but between the blocks of rooms there isn’t

During mealtimes you’d go to get your own drink, we noticed there were waiters which floated round but none ever seemed to come to us, only ever a small selection of people would get the table service

This was the same in the evenings. The cocktail selection quite limited - beer and wine were ok for an all inclusive. Spirits weren’t too bad - obviously watered down but not too much

The lunch in the buffet restaurant were also bizarrely stressful people would be pushing and jumping queues (but wasn’t ever like this for dinner)

The minibar was not refilled with water, the room cleaning was not very thorough (even on the day of check-in it felt like the bathroom had not been properly cleaned – the once beautifully shiny shower doors were covered with unknown splashes)

There was also a lack of basic amenities such as shampoo and conditioner, and there were no bathrobes in the wardrobe. If we had not experienced your hotel in 2024, everything might have seemed acceptable

That said, we truly hope to give Serenity Queen another chance this year and would love to stay at your hotel again for our holidays

The hotel location is very good, near to the street shops and bus station. 2km from city center and ~10km to Alanya center

But having clearly seen a higher standard before, it was a bit disappointing to notice that the quality has declined

We like this hotel, great service, pleasant staff, good location, close to the center. The food is also good, they always try to prepare as much as possible

- People get up very early and put their towels on the sunbeds by the pool/beach and then go on with their day, so sometimes you will come and there will be no space for you, even though there are a lot of empty sunbeds with only towels

The biggest plus is the sea and the entrance to the sea, it is not a bad entrance at all, on the contrary, the best😊 We are staying in the main building, so it's really great, the only small minus is that the sunbeds on the beach are quite busy and there's usually no one there, then there's not much space for people who are currently at the sea and want to use a sunbed, otherwise everything is perfect...

- if you want the safe, it Costs 2€ per day - if you want to get fresh towels, you can get them only once, every other time you have to pay 1€ per change - lunches and dinners vary and generally the food tastes good (if you dont like garlic and onion like me, you will have fewer options to eat, but that is my personal preference, so I dont mind) - they offer spa, but i still need to check whether...

So, I am currently staying at Panorama hotel, and I will write my current impressions, something you might want to know: - they offer beach side rooms, pool side rooms and street side rooms and one thibg they dont tell you, the offer rooms facing other buildings, while the Doors of the apartments are facing the pool

The English is amazing from all staff and nothing is a problem, our room was cleaned every morning with fresh bottled water and fresh towels, there is food and drink round the clock with something for everyone and always something new to try

There is plenty to do around the hotel with shops restaurants and the beach all on the doorstep. We cannot wait to bring our family here next year with us. Thank you so much to Gulay and her team

We vacationed at Miarosa Konakli Garden from 2025. 22, we travel a lot and are not very pretentious travelers. Good hotel, clean rooms (we lived in 1004 and 1036), helpful staff, good and varied food

The only drawback is the lack of sunbeds on the beach

However, we only had to lie on the ground once :) A very big + for the hotel: the transfer home to the airport was at 5 pm, the rooms had to be vacated by 12 am, but no one took the bracelet off, and at the reception they said that we could use everything until departure
