Ankh Pension in Kaleucagiz

We were greeted by members of this hotel at the dock in Ucagiz and delivered over to the small town of Simena in their boat. The scenery is absolutely amazing, and this family run hotel offers a great service to anyone visiting. The room is very basic, but comfortable. The mornings and evenings are very calm especially for swimming and kayaking, however you will discover a lot of noisy boat traffic during the day as tours are constantly unloaded and loaded to and from the waterfront. The food is fresh, with lots of tomatoes and cucumbers. You can choose from a number of places on the waterfront as well. Kayaking, swimming and boat tours are a must. For a mellow couple of days, this is a great place. Not much English is spoken, but wonderful and friendly Is definitely here.

Perfect location
I've stayed here before. Spacious, comfortable rooms facing the sea. Ours was one level up from sea level. Loved the free kayaks. Good restaurant too. Don't expect five star luxury, Simena isn't cheap, but this is one of the best pansiyons.

Amazing hotel . One can walk into crystal clear waters of the mediterranian directly from the room. Great ocean kayak tours from the hotel. Great Simena castle is within walking distance.

I have been to more than 140 destinations over 6 continents but I can confidently admit that this place could be identified as a part from Heaven. The location is at the most beautiful spot of the island. Its amazing nature is perfectly coupled with the peace of the environment… The enchanting beauty and the silence is comforting you peacefully. When it comes to the service, the staff is welcoming you as if they are hosting you in their home. The kitchen is being handled by the local ladies who are preparing everything like they prepare for their families. And the last but not least, the sincerity of one of the hosts which named Osman should be considered as an asset for this place. I considered myself lucky for living only two hours drive away from this location. I will spend at least 3 or 4 days every month here from now on. Thank You ANKH Pension.

Stopped here for homemade ice cream on my kekova boat tour! It was one of the best ice creams I’ve ever had - so refreshing and flavourful!! The view was absolutely gorgeous too.

We used caffe only during the boat trip to the island. View, service and quality of pomegranate juice and ice cream were amazing. I’d like to come back here again with night stay, it is a hidden gem in Antalya region.

Surrounded by nature, if you are looking for city comforts this place is not for you, but if you want to be away from city chaos is a perfect place, right on the water, turquoise color sea, available water activities like kayaking, canoeing, boat trips to different coves, sunken city etc. Only certain time of day it gets noises due to boat visitors. There is an ancient castle and Lycian tombs that attract tourists. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful sea view, was comfortable and spacious, the air conditioner works perfectly. Food was good but they can add more varieties in their menu though all the hotels/motels in the area had similar menus. On arriving at Simena, the hotel sent a motor boat to pick us up and we had a lovely boat trip to hotel with no cost. We stayed 3 nights and was hard to say goodbye to beautiful turquoise coast. Hoping to visit again

The best pansion in the area...Perfect location, friendly and professional staff, direct access to the sea and high speed internet...almost perfect..Simple and good food..

Ankh Pansion has clean rooms, excellent views and good food. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. I would return and have recommended this place to family.

I would just recommend that there is a specific pick up point in Üçağız, to save us making multiple phone calls when in the port to rendezvous.
