Very good hotel - not far from the airport, spacious rooms, polite staff, tents on the beach, delicious and varied food. I've been coming here for the third or fourth year and am delighted every time!

The fridge next to the beach bar was always stocked with bottled water (still and sparkling), as well as ayran in cups

Delicious Turkish ice cream and waffles were available in the pavilion next to the towel pickup and exchange station. A packaged fruit ice cream in the fridge at the beach restaurant

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 consecutive years and everything has been perfect. It will be our first choice again next year. The staff communication, the food, the room comfort, etc. are exceptionally good.

The beach restaurant, which serves à la carte meals, changed its menu that same day – a big plus, it offers more variety. Gözleme and delicious Turkish flatbreads were baked in the gazebo on the way to the beach

The hotel is excellent, a little dated, but clean and tidy. I was given a room with panoramic windows overlooking the sea, so the view was magnificent. I liked the fitness center; there are plenty of exercise machines

From spacious rooms to the excellent all-inclusive food and drinks, beautiful beach, water park with slides, lunapark, and not to forget the fantastic evening themed shows – it’s really hard to leave this resort

All compliments go to the management, who clearly know how to keep guests satisfied, as well as to the entire staff who work tirelessly to maintain cleanliness, order, and safety (lots of lifeguards at the pools and slides), while also being friendly and helpful at all times

​The resort is incredibly clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. We were impressed by the variety of facilities and how well-maintained everything was. ​For families, the resort is fabulous

Ahmet is the absolute best Bar Guy. Definitely needs a payment increese for all the joy and fun he brings to people. He does an awesome job. Hope to see him again soon. Thanks for the time with him.

In the evenings, the amusement park with rides and the games room (with VR and billiards) were a huge hit, and the daily shows were entertaining for both adults and children

Good food and all you need there. Right at the beach, many bars, restaurants and pools. The gym is great, enough there to keep the pump. And all the workers are sooo kind and give a real home feeling

We stayed at the hotel for the 2025–2026 New Year’s Eve and had a very pleasant experience overall. Despite how busy the night was, everything seemed well organized and the staff were attentive throughout the evening

The one of my best experience in Antalya, the service is so great, food variety was good but they can do better with the food quality and taste, but my experience was more than good, the guest’s relation was so helpful and polite, definitely considering back to Kremlin Palace in my next visit to Antalya

Our kids had a great time at the mini club activities, which allowed us to join the adults-only New Year’s program and truly enjoy the celebration

The experience at Kremlin palace has been wonderful. From the start, the welcoming of refreshments at the entrance was a nice surprise. We have eaten numerous ala carte restaurants, and they were all excellent

What really stood out was the level of care and thoughtfulness — they even prepared nutritious smoothies to support my recovery. I felt safe, reassured, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay

Food ok for budget hotel, however, as a diabetic struggled to get a suitable complete diet. Location good for the Bazaars and beaches, with local Migros supermarket only some 100 metres away

A special mention to the night manager at the bar, who was energetic, fun, and created a fantastic atmosphere in the evening. Overall, the hotel is excellent in every aspect – service, hospitality, and guest care

In Food & Beverages, Cemre was incredibly active, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service with a very positive and friendly attitude. She made every interaction pleasant

The buffet manager and buffet staff were also lovely, very organized, friendly, and always ensuring that everything was perfect for the guests. Their service made the dining experience even more enjoyable

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

The beach area was clean, pleasant and there were plenty of sun beds with a bar/cafe on the beach

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

We loved this hotel, and the people who ran it. We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25. The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied

Our preference for the music after midnight would have been anything but the house/techno they played but maybe that's just us. The only real disappointment was the Italian a la cart restaurant

Could not fault the hotel what so ever, beautiful grounds, welcoming staff and fantastic food. Will definitely go back.

I am not sure if I should say the hotel photographer, especially the person who looks like a horsefly verbally harasses people. He tells people absurd things like when to come, when to leave, I need to take a photo

Unfortunately we didnt get to try any of the a la carte restaurants as the few that were open were all booked up

The beach, on the shores 5 meters sand and gravel. Bad (and probably only until a minus)which is almost immediately deep in meters 4 to 6 already bottom can't reach. But there is a small pool(and not for petty identity)

One of the best vecations my family had in life, very nice food, a lot of activities, great animations, parties and evening shows. We stayed there for 10 days and it was a paradise

- restaurant staff is rude (i had an incident where a restaurant staffer brought us beer we didn't order and we said its not for us, he then gave to the German people at the next table and told them that we are unsophisticated russians - we are not even russians!!)

- hamam experience was ruined by random people coming in the bathing part - its partially public so that is to be expected but for 70€ I really wanted an A class service. The masseuse was amazing though

Ok so the rooms are amazing! The balcony is spacious, they have a tv with Netflix, locked cupboard and in general very nice. The reception desk was welcoming and nice, helped us with a broken door

Unfortunately about the good that is more or less it. This hotel is really reaching when it comes to having 5*. - no plates at dinner (i actually witnessed an argument about a plate)

Out of season there is not anything to do. Aquapark, inside pool, a la carte restaurants, fruit bars are closed. Buffet is very crowded, long time to catch table for lunch or dinner

Food is the same every day, very small choice of fruits. At dinner you get previous lunch food just in sauce. They didnt wash or clean floor in rooms for full week, just change towels and make up bed

Need to walk all around and go through lobby to other beach

need to hire more employees with better english and need to heat all the pools and open all the slides but offers free shuttle to the beach every half an hour

Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily

The pools are stunning, and the water park is a great highlight for both kids and adults. The evening shows and entertainment programs are top-notch. Everything is well-organized, safe, and luxurious

A big plus is the beautiful, well-kept hotel beach located directly at the resort, which is also suitable for small children thanks to its gentle entrance into the sea

We have booked again for 2026, we never go the same place twice but this is a must. The other problem we only had was sunbed wars, you need to wake around 6am. Wish the staff would stop this happening

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Overall, we really enjoyed our vacation and would recommend this hotel especially to families with children

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

All the staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Our favourite staff were the entertainment staff who done the darts. Kids played darts every night and went on the pool tables

The pools are busy but you do find seats eventually the only issue was the length of times waiting for food and drink which was difficult but the hotel was full capacity! I would avoid the Spa due to high prices which resembled the UK but this hotel has so much to offer and I truly enjoyed my stay! Thank you so...

I had an amazing experience at the Royal Seginus Hotel in Antalya, and a big part of that was thanks to Beyazit Fansa. His service was outstanding from start to finish

You do have to cross a bridge to get to the beach, watersides and the outdoors theatre. If you leave the bridge you can turn left or right to get into the outlets which sells more fakes and clothes outlet

The private beach is small and on one side where there are no sun beds is full of rubbish and rocks. The sunbeds along the pier all needs replacing as they are worn out

Amazing experience with family , cannot fault the hotel for the money. However a few things didn’t live up to my expectations, I paid for an upgraded room which I presumed would be a better room not just a better view

Pools- There are areas where they have sunbeds under the shade, which is good when it is really hot. Probably like everywhere else people put the towels on the sunbeds for all day not even coming back

For us, the hotel is in a great location, with a wonderful private beach. The atmosphere is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is worthy of five stars

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

As someone who grew up listening to their music, it was a wonderful and nostalgic experience for me — especially considering the reasonable price we paid for the hotel

It seems that cleaning is done mainly in the areas with sunbeds, while the rest of the beach along the water remains quite dirty

You have enough food and drink in the restaurant and beach bar to keep you full all day. There is a wide selection for everyone, kids and adults

And there were alot of things to do at the hotel. The pool is a bit cold but you can go to the beach as well

The weather has been brilliant 😎 (apart from today we have had some heavy showers) We have toured round the whole hotel and had a good time at the beach

Be waring you must pay for WiFi away from lounge area which is not documented until you arrive. 95 for a week which isn't terrible and signal was stable even at the beach. Overall very good we enjoyed it

Me and my sister stayed at the hotel for 7 days. They took our luggage upstairs. The activiteits from the animation team was awesome. The halloweenparty was great, the partys to the club, the brazilian show

Xafira has its own section there with food, drinks and sun loungers all included so you don't need to take anything from the hotel serving 11am-4pm. The animation team has been good fun and really engaging

Now to Cihan Özdemir, this man is everywhere, you would see him at 8am, and still there at midnight. He must do thousands of steps. Such a friendly greeting when you see him. Now at the Black Diamond bar we met Etham

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible
