The water park was a huge hit with the kids, and our boat ride to see the nearby caves was a real highlight. We stayed in one of the family pool houses — spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed

Despite the difficult beginning, I would like to acknowledge the excellent service and fast problem-solving we experienced. So regardless all the issue we had i can recommend them as the one who won't let you down

Christmas time was especially special with a Santa Claus touring the grounds throughout the whole day and exquisite decorations. The New Year gala dinner was a phenomenon. Thanks for always being by our side in Antalya!

We stayed at the hotel for the 2025–2026 New Year’s Eve and had a very pleasant experience overall. Despite how busy the night was, everything seemed well organized and the staff were attentive throughout the evening

Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away

The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression

The buffet manager and buffet staff were also lovely, very organized, friendly, and always ensuring that everything was perfect for the guests. Their service made the dining experience even more enjoyable

There is also a mini peer with sun beds and a bar but you have to be there early to stand a chance of getting a spot and this was not a game that we were willing to play! The water park was great (the life jackets for the lazy river could do with a regular clean as they were often smelly and covered in black mould) There is also a children’s fun fair at the side of the hotel which our little boy really...

The entertainment staff work really hard and the catering staff are absolutely phenomenal with their presentation of the food at meal times

There is a large adults only pool, an Olympic size swimming pool, a sports/recreation/lively pool, a fantastic kids pool and the water park! All very clean and well served by brilliant waiting staff

Yes you get the usual sun bed ****** who are up at the crack of dawn to put their towels down and then disappear until mid day but you get that everywhere and it’s by no means out of control

Our son was sick one night and the two ladies who came to help change the bedding were lovely showing concern for our son and even offering advice on how to help which was much appreciated

The only issue would possibly be in the height of summer the air con is not very powerful at all and 19 degrees is the lowest setting. In October though it was fine for us

Meat was always fresh and tasty and if you ask they will cook it exactly to your preference. The choice was varied and always tasty. Soft drinks were always from a small bottle or can, never large plastic bottles

There was live music and an animation show every evening and activities throughout the day. The restaurant staff are more comfortable speaking German rather than English but were polite and attentive

Traveling along the coast, the hotel immediately stands out with its impressive tower architecture, and the facade looks stunning with its colorful lighting

It is also located not far from the historic city of Antalya, which is easily accessible via the hotel’s shuttle bus service

These girls are amazing personalities! Their bursting energy not only brightens the day, but they are also excellent instructors: they provide the peace of yoga, teach various water gymnastics, aero yoga, pilates, and can even teach you how to dance

The pools are stunning, and the water park is a great highlight for both kids and adults. The evening shows and entertainment programs are top-notch. Everything is well-organized, safe, and luxurious

There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay

My stay at Granada Luxury Belek was absolutely amazing! The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean

the rooms are brilliant restocked on drinks everyday with maids cleaning the room just need a wider variety of food for the kids and the steak house in the hotel i have to say was awful🤮🤮 my dad had one of the desserts that said it didn’t have wholenut in and did then got a allergic reaction and we had limited starter options saying they ran out of certain things

Next day we went to pool and let me tell u this hotel have huge pools room for everyone in it monitored by life gaurds all the time. I have never seen life gaurd so helpfull anywhere. Alot of thing to do for everyone

We stayed at AQI Pegasos World with our children at the end of October 2025 and we were very satisfied overall. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the environment feels pleasant and welcoming

Hotel has the best quality of food i have ever eaten in any all inclusive restaurants. From breakfast to midnight snack we loved every bit of it

The food selection was very large, although some dishes were repeated, there was always something suitable for everyone. The cocktails at the bars were a bit average, but still drinkable

Food was lovely, only bad was breakfast time as didn’t like it. Water sports were good and if your going out go into side and go Guven restaurant, they do the most amazing food, and the views are amazing

The main highlight is the huge pool and the water park, which the kids absolutely loved and which kept us entertained throughout the stay

The hotels property is amazing ,kids club is amazing with plenty to do for the kids. The rooms are cleaned every day and water filled up. The food was Okai ,pretty basic and tasteless

The staff was very friendly but people who was sitting at the guest relation was kinda annoyed if we asked something or some didn’t even speak English. Other thing I would like to see outdoors playground for kids

Definitely not good for picky eaters but definitely not 5*. Kids buffet was terrible to ,same food there every day. Potato mouse was from powder mix not real potatos and the soups the same

The Antalya airport had about 3 check points and food was ridiculously expensive. First time seeing Mc Donald’s regular Big Mac meal for £20! No thanks, I’m not that desperate for one

The food is not great, the ssme everyday. All of us at some point were ill due to the food. The sun beds all need upgraded especially on the trident where they sre all broken

Kids’ animation basically consists of sitting children in front of cartoons for several hours while the animators scroll on their phones or chat with each other. The children are practically left on their own

The room had one large double bed and two small sofa beds, which was very inconvenient for a family. Bedding, towels, and robes were also only for three people

Kids’ Animation: The animators do run some shows and activities, but they appear completely uninterested — no emotions, no energy, no engagement at all

50am in the strangest system I've ever known for the booking of a restaurant to be told they were actually taking bookings for 2 days after 🤷‍♂️ the only reason we wanted to use the a la carte booking was the difficulty of getting a drink with your meal in the buffet restaurant, which is another strange system

You can use the self service tea and juice facilities and the plentiful water fridges but for anything else you can't go to the bar who have these drinks, a server must go for you, but there doesn't seem to be any? haha! we didn't see one in the week we ate there every evening anyway and tried to go a little after the mad rush of around 6-7pm

Only 1 a la carte restaurant open per night of the 4, and all are closed on a Wednesday. we were told to book on the day of wanting your table, as per the restaurant and their own signs, but these rules change

The other gripe is things work very loosely on times given 😆 if a bar, restaurant or water slide says one time, expect them to be packed up at least half an hour before that time

In my opinion the bare minimum for an English level is A1, and still it would be very bad. ), ending with the same meals every day with almost no variatons

We got the room on one side of the building, and we needed to go approximately 700-800 steps to get to the restaurant

There is no restaurant with a menu, only catering. Really enrages that you can smoke everywhere, there are no special designated places. Cigarette butts and ashtrays all around

All perfectly! Wi-Fi works. Only the view from the balcony is not very good. There is enough food. It's a pity they don't give ice cream.

Been there 3 times. 2010, 2011, 2012. The first time did fly away at all, the second time somehow did not come in, the third is normal. Good location, decent food (ok and 24/7 😀). Crowdness, old rooms ...

And in the rooms you will not wait for cleaning :( Beach towels during the day cannot be changed, they were given in the morning, only returned in the evening. They won't give you fresh ones
