Sole'n Blu in Kas

One of my favorite hostels I've ever stayed at! The location is incredible - the hostel is on a quiet, peaceful area of the peninsula with insane ocean views and a swimming spot just down the steps, and is just a 10 minute (cheap) minibus ride from the main town and bus station. The rooms and entire property were incredibly clean and well maintained, and the hostel strikes a great balance of being social without a party hostel vibe and still keeping it quiet in the sleeping areas. The daily free breakfast buffet was AMAZING, tons of options and really tasty food. The staff was also a highlight of my stay. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and very on top of things, and Patrick and Ella especially went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make everyone’s stay at Sole’n Blu wonderful!
I stayed 4 nights here and if I hadn't already booked my flight out, I would have extended my stay here in a heartbeat. Kaş and Sole'n Blu were some of the highlights of my time in Türkiye!

I’ve had the privilege of volunteering at this beautiful hostel/hotel 2 years in a row now and don’t even know where to begin! The people, the location and the breakfast just make this a 10/10 experience.

I came for a few weeks, but this place has a way of stealing your heart. That’s why I came back for a second year — and I know it won’t be my last.

I just wanted to thank chef Sibel & Mitat who do an amazing job making the breakfast every morning + Brooke who also helped out. The amazing receptionists Çağrı & Diyar who are so kind & caring making you feel so welcome plus they look after your needs. Patrick who I had the privilege of doing breakfast shift with who always brought the great, fun vibes in the morning while also putting on a show with his amazing dance moves. Saya, Yann & Perry who did an amazing job with the rooms leaving them spotless and last but definitely not least Turgut who runs the hostel and cares for everyone’s needs, he is a kind and caring man who puts his heart into the hostel.

If you have gotten this far into reading this and are still questioning whether to book the hostel/ hotel or not then I say just book it because you definitely won’t regret it!

Sole n blu was amazing! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area. The volunteers Ella, Brooke and Patrick really made my stay special. They have the most amazing energy - the brekkie dance parties and ‘the biggest pub crawl of the week’ (which is every day heheh). They were the highlight of my stay. The paid workers and owner were super friendly and interacted with guests which was lovely. Beautiful location and stunning views!

Had an amazing stay at Sole’n Blu! The atmosphere was super friendly and relaxed. The staff were great — Patrick, who works there, is always full of energy and keeps everyone in a good mood, and Ella is incredibly kind and thoughtful, she really makes you feel welcome. The rooms are average but clean and comfortable. Overall, a really nice hotel with great people and good vibes. Totally recommend it!

I stayed at Sole’n Blu during my trip to Kaş — my first ever solo trip — and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. I was a little nervous at first, but the entire team were so welcoming, friendly, and truly made me feel at home. The buffet breakfast was delicious, especially with the stunning sea views each morning. It was also really convenient to get to and from the town centre using the nearby minibus service. I can’t recommend this place enough — thank you to everyone at Sole’n Blu for making my stay so special! 🩵

The hostel was beautiful and had amazing views. Rooms were decent though cleanliness could be improved. Staff were very unhelpful and there wasn't really a social vibe. Other travellers were friendly but it felt like staff wanted to do the bare minimum.

Good place

For 10 people, women's dorm #400 has one shower, one toilet, and one sink in one room. It's impossible to get through, and it's incredibly dirty. I wish there was a separate sink somewhere. The outlet by bed #6 doesn't work. There are no lamps by the beds.

I didn't sleep for two nights because the girl probably snored terribly, and earplugs don't help.

The hostel is far from the city. I walked into town because I didn't want to wait for a minibus in the heat.

The beaches are difficult to get to, as they're downhill. It's easy to go down the mountain, but then you have to climb back up in the heat. Next to the hostel, on the right side, I found a path leading to the beach with a staircase into the sea.

Had the best time here! I was only going to stay for a few days but I ended up making a special trip back to this place.
I stayed in the superior dorm and loved the view/balcony. It was easy to meet people here too. Breakfast is fab and lots of healthy options. Staff were super helpful and friendly too.
It's slightly out of town but there is a bus every hour and I never felt like this was an issue!
I will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful hostel in the perfect spot for watching the sunset every night from their pool terrace and also going to the best beaches in Kas by being on the peninsula. Getting into the town is also super easy and the staff at the hostel are really friendly, and enthusiastic in helping you enjoy your stay. Rooms are comfy and clean too!
