The food was absolute garbage and the service was a joke.
This hotel is at the end of its life. I cannot believe our travel agent booked it.
The rooms are so ugly, the bathroom are the worst
To stay at this hotel was like being sent back to the 1970’s. Was this hotel renovated ever?? Our bathroom was really old and not nice at all. Aircondition in room did not work, the room was too warm in April. The staff was not nice or helpful, not even polite. This was not a language problem, my husband is Turkish.
Breakfast buffé was nice and beds were ok.
We decided to stay longer in Konya, but changed hotel.
-Its impossible to communicate with the hotel reception and management in English, as they dont know it.
-The pressure from the shower head is meant for elephants, as it comes at you in very high pressure.
-One of the water bottles in the room were half-full.
-The breakfast was disappointing.
-The swimming pool and sauna facilities were under "maintenance" to unknown date...
Indeed, this hotel is old for real, and this you can see. But it doesn't make a used impression, it's just real old... The bath, the carpets, the furniture. But everything was kept clean
