The hotel is very clean, good location, breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety, a lot of vegetables, the staff is very diligent and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well furnished. The room service lady was cleaning our room every day, changing the towels, water, everything. We will come back to this hotel. We highly recommend it.

I stayed here for 1 night however the rooms and hotel facilities are practical for longer stays. The rooms are huge and comfortable. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Free parking is provided. The location is perfect as it’s close to everything and anything you may need. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a large range to choose from. I would stay here again.

This was one of our best decision to choose baykara. Their hospitality is unmatched. We mistakenly booked 4 beds for a family of five and they upgraded for free with-out any hassle. The staff helped carry our bags, parked the vehicle and did everything to make us feel home. The staff I must say is amazing Mr Resit and Mr Tahir were incredibly helpful. And there was a young boy at the reception I must say he is a gem. The breakfast was fresh and had a lot of variety. Overall, I am giving this place a 5 stars and would definitely return if I ever go back.

Love it the staff were very nice I arrived 3 in the morning so didn’t see the room it was kind of old but clean in the morning I said I want to change it thy did at once very nice staff clean and close to all attractions walking distance

The room is nice, classic looking old school style. Breakfast was amazing and so much variety of food and vegetables. Note to hotel management, If the television must be on during breakfast, it should be on lower volume or soft music instead. There are sound coming from everywhere such as kids screaming, everyone using their own devices to watch whatever - some people prefer relaxing morning during breakfast time. Parking is not at the front of the hotel. You can drop off your belongings first then park and walk back to the hotel. Valet parking service is also available.

There were jokes in the bedroom walls, the carpet was patched and unsafe, the room was extremely small for the amount of beds, the bathroom sink was severely damaged, the shower water pressure was terrible.

We booked the non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. We checked in at around 8 and were very tired and we thought we made a mistake when we booked. However, I checked my booking the next morning and found out the reception gave us the wrong room. Besides the bad smell (which is really horrible), the room is actually quite old. Some travellers mentioned the rooms are modern on Google review but I totally don't agree with that!!!
The shower is super small. I'm glad I'm not too fat to fit into the shower door.
Otherwise, they do valet parking for you. Very efficient.

Strong smell of cigarettes, no dark curtains, very old hotel with broken wall, speechless.
Staff are very friendly and the breakfast was a surprise with many choices. Can find a better with cheaper price.

the rooms are worn out, in our room there was a broken mirror that could hurt someone. the breakfast was lousy, the cheese smelled bad, possibly expired. the price was also expensive, you don't get what you pay for. for the same price there are much better hotels in the same area.

I love this bed and breakfast place! Best proximity to all the tourist activities. Amazing staff! Welcoming and very clean. Mohammed and Fareeda were amazing hosts!

Some of the employees are friendly. The room is sad - dusty bedsheets, the toilet was meh, A/C sounded like a thousand years old. Breakfast is not great but good enough if you’re really hungry. The view from my room was nice as I can see the Sems Tabrizi Tomb directly. Nearby restaurants aren’t that great. Need to take a walk to go to the palace bazaar and other restaurants.

First of all, I want to say how much I appreciated the sincere friendliness of everybody that I interacted with at this hotel. They were so accommodating and so kindly I hate to say anything negative about the establishment. However, it could use some repairs for sure. The breakfast buffet was barely edible and the entire hotel could use a good scrubbing! That said, for the price it is not a terrible deal.

The place is good and cheap which are I guess the top two things any traveler requires. The location is especially attractive as it is very central and walking distance to almost every monument. However, the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, if you are used to comfort don't opt for this hotel. The sheets were stained, the cupboard creaked all night, the plumbing was extremely loud and the thin walls also let in the noise from every neighbouring room, the packed slippers seem to be used. Only book if you plan on not showering and spending most of your time outdoors. The room also got awfully cold at night, without having an AC or central heating with a remote control that I could control.
