Receptionists, service, room and breakfast, everything was perfect. There is even a self service laundry which is very convenient and cheap. I would highly recommend this hotel!

A good option for a Mardin stay. It is clean, the staff is incredibly nice and always available to help (even though the english level of some staff members made the communication a bit difficult sometimes, but we always worked things out). Gym is good and the pool area is really nice. 10 minutes drive from the old city. Really recommend it 😃

Booked 3 twin rooms for 6 people, at the hotel reception they didn't know about this. It took me 3 hours to get things arranged, and they wanted to charge me extra. Breakfast is not so good, there a not many choices. Swimming pool you need to buy a cap, what kind of hospitality is this?

Room smelled terribly because of cigarette smell.
Unfortunately the reception didn't want to change the room because we didn't explicitly asked for a non-smokers room when we booked the hotel, which is ridiculous! Payed a fortune and slept in a room which smelled more like a coffeeshop instead of a hotelroom!

It's a clean hotel with a decent breakfast, as it lacks a lot of things.

The room is large, comfortable and clean. The hotel is outside the old town and very quiet. The waiters at the front desk and restaurant are very enthusiastic, the breakfast is rich and colorful, and the scenery outside the restaurant is even more pleasant.
