Service was great. Staff handled check-in issue well after we were given the wrong room.
The biggest downside was the noise. There was loud music from 8:30-11:00 PM every night, which was NOT disclosed in the hotel description. The rooms and windows are not sound proof, and the noise was very disturbing. The hotel should limit the hours of loud music or clearly state this beforehand.

Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff
My partner and I stayed in the king suite, Maridin Room. It was a gorgeously appointed room and the hammam themed barhroom was delightful! The real crowning jewel was the palatial terrace. We felt like royalty being able to relax out there looking over the Mesopotamian plains. The staff were very patient and helpful with us using translation apps, as neither of us spoke much Turkish or Kurdish. While few of them spoke any english, we got along without any trouble. They were very kind! I highly recommend staying here!

Karsilama cok ilgiliydi. Otopark olmasi mardinde otelin bulundugu konumdan dolayi buyuk avantaj sagladi. Yemekleri lezzetliydi ve aksam otelin bunyesindeki Hamdani restaurantta eglence guzeldi. Hizmet, servis ve temizlik konusunda cok memnun kaldim. Tavsiye ederim.

The hotel manager Mr. Savas and the staff are great people, I was really pleased, it is a clean, warm hotel.

The hotel is listed as a 4-star hotel, but I did not see such a luxurious place. Their rooms are normal. The bathroom and toilet were both very clean and beautiful. The room could have been a little more luxurious (especially the TV). There is a lot of variety at breakfast, but we had breakfast two days and were served omelette both days. It would be better to increase diversity in the hot part. It is in a beautiful location. The terrace was under renovation when we went, so we couldn't enjoy the view. This was not nice. The hotel should improve itself a little more. Its performance is not good for its price.
