We’ve stayed here for 2 nights end June and not even once the staff at the reception did say Hello to us. Is it so difficult to greet someone when arriving or staying in the hotel? Also, the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Please, stop misleading people and saying you offer Wi-Fi, because it’s not working.
Positive: the luggage staff were friendly and did their best to help. Compliments to them. Also, the hotel itself and rooms are very nice and spacious. As such, well deserved 3 star overall!

I have stayed at Istanbul dedeman before and that one was great. The hotel as a CHAIN is 5 start but this one was more like 3. I’m not sure if there’s many great hotels to stay in the area as it’s the middle of nowhere so maybe if you look at it that way it’s ok. Room was decent although there were stains on the floors. Bed was comfy. Wi-Fi is good although it wasn’t working when we first got there. They advertise the place as having a great fitness center but apparently it was under construction when I got there. Although I think they were lying because Turks don’t care all that much about fitness soooooo I’m pretty sure they were constructing anything. The front desk was RUDE. Food was super mediocre. It was all kind of eh.

This is what I call quality! Good service, the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were big enough, super clean and I think it got renovated recently. The bathrooms were as well clean and big enough.

Having used Dedeman hotels for over 25 years I was surprised that the food service had been subcontracted to a firm with no menus, no pricing policy, demanding cash at time of service. Food quality was terrible and only slightly improved with a complaint to the General Manager.
Room AC not working - room was changed but inconvenient
This will be the last time I use a Dedeman hotel anywhere which is a shame after such long good service

The hotel staff are extremely polite. There is ample parking available. The rooms are clean and refurbished however the drain system in the bathrooms clogs up and this causes a putrid smell. All in all it is a nice experience to stay here
