Amazing location in Sanliurfa with everything within walking distance. El-Ruha is across the road from the Fish Pond where I highly recommend to sit and relax and drink some Cay in the gardens. This is what I call quality! Good service, the staff were helpful and nice. The rooms were big enough, super clean and I think it got renovated recently. The bathrooms were as well clean and big enough. We really liked it The breakfast- was great, it had enough options for everyone.

It's a beautiful home in a fabulous location. However, as one of the few tourists around, I felt that we were taken advantage of. I felt pressured to pay cash. I was taken on an eye wateringly expensive tour of nearby sights. I made it clear I didn't understand things but I felt coerced into accepting things. The room is ok - a bit cold and the bathroom microscopic.

Service with a smile The service provided by Burak was excellent. He provided breakfast when we wanted it as well as cold water and hot tea through the day. The hotel was right by the Abraham Mosque which made it easy to walk.

Average The room opens right into the courtyard tables, with the windows of the room also at eye level of people sitting right there. There was no privacy without closing the windows and the blinds, but then you loose the view and the air flow in this already tiny room. The hotel sent an email in advance of our stay basically saying that they know the bathrooms are small so do not complain about that...

Bathrooms are not small. They are extra small. My legs could not fit between the comode and the wall in front of it. Room is good and warm ( i went in extreme cold weather of january). We stayed at this hotel last week as part of our tour. The cleanliness of the hotel was really excellent, especially the hygiene of the room and bathroom, which pleased us. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not having any parking problems was also a big advantage. It can easily be preferred for both family stays and business trips.

The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Urfa, you can walk all the historical sights and the museums by foot. The service is very attentive and helps you with everything you need. What surprised me, is that even though the reviews said it's really clean, it's actually not that clean at all. It's ok, but not more. And for that price I would have expected more.

If Driving, Call the Staff to Get to Parking Please alert guest that if they are driving GPS may not work and the "streets" around the hotel are extremely narrow.
