Honestly, this stay was a bit disappointing. I was expecting much more from staying at the Hilton. The front desk were a bit nonchalant about the customer and did not exchange much words.
The room was nice and for the most part clean, but some things were a bit outdated. It was an ok stay, but I just had a higher expectation. Location wise the place is good and close to a mall, and a 10-15 minute walk to the fishes!

I enjoyed this place very much! Big room with bathtub and a nice pool and spa area in the basement . The breakfast was great and people were very sweet and friendly, all perfect

We stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Şanlıurfa with my mom, and we really enjoyed our stay! The staff were polite, the service was great, and the hotel was super clean. Both breakfast and lunch were absolutely bombastic 🤩 Highly recommended — we’d definitely stay here again!

Great hotel and perfect location for exploring the nearby ancient sites.
Ismail and Hasan in the bar and restaurant are especially helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble which has made our stay all the more enjoyable. Would recommend! 😊

The lobby coffee/tea area, the person Mr. Bedin is very friendly and very helpful with his smile doing his job

Everything is good and nice. The hotel is near a Mall. So convenient. The hotel needs some upgrade but overall is very good. And breakfast service was very good. Thanks to Hassan. Great service. Thank you

The staff in the hotel is very friendly, especially Mr. Hasan in the breakfast, very wallhearted, hilton garden style. The hotel.is close to museum and Roman Cave. Pleasant walk to through the Roman sites to the Fish lake in the cool evening. Wonderful staying!

We had a very short stay here, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The only plus point is that the hotel has a good location, but overall service was not satisfactory.
Room was just OK, bathroom slippers were of extremely low quality; the bathroom was renovated in some places, but some parts were very old, like the toilet. Air conditioning was another issue: the AC was off and had to be fixed manually, but still it stopped working suddenly. There were no bell boys here either because on our arrival and departure, we had to take our luggage ourselves.
Communication was another issue for foreigners because local people don't speak English or any other language. Finding/ordering food was a major hassle here. which is the only plus point.
Overall, customer service was generally quite poor in this hotel and nearby areas. We were there only for a short trip only and that too specifically to visit the religious spots and would not visit or recommend it to anyone.
