What a special experience to be able to spend the night in a hotel that has existed for a thousand years with a few hundred-year-old olive tree in the courtyard, which is still honored. The hotel is within walking distance of all the attractions Urfa has to offer. In a word, the hotel staff is sublime. The breakfast is excellent which is included and in the evening you can enjoy a superb dinner with live music. If you like a beer or a nice glass of wine, you can certainly go here. We would like to thank all the staff for their enormous hospitality and commitment

Amazing experience
The hotel is full of charm and history. The manager Mustafa was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable especially regarding Urfa's history. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing. We happily ate there every evening.

We have only had dinner at their restaurant. It is a beautiful building. The food was excellent and the service was very good. If you are looking for a quite evening where you can have some regional food. They also serve alcohol if you prefer.

I have a very high standard when it comes to hotels. In fact, as someone who travels almost weekly, I get to experience loads of different properties. While I typically stay in 4 or 5-Star hotels, I ended up at Elçi Butik Otel as part of a family trip organized by my dad. I would be hesitant to award a five star rating or even write a positive review for to any hotel where I felt like there were real areas of improvement. This quaint boutique hotel could benefit from a slight upgrade to the bathrooms as well as adding some nightstands. With that said, the service and attention we received in this hotel was honestly better than that I frequent receive in 5-Star hotels and it made all the difference. I absolutely fell in love with the breakfast and so much enjoyed the social evenings with endless hot teas and the most fancy Turkish coffee and Raki you could ask for. OMG the watermelon and the fresh eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast will be sorely missed. Highly recommended.

If you are looking for an authentic experience and really feel like traveling back in time, this charming boutique hotel / historical monument is what you are looking for. Good service and food and location.

Especially for fans of boutique hotels. This little hotel adjacent to the old church-turned-mosque has once belonged to the church complex and was the quarters for the clergy. The staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful and the inner courtyard was great to sit around and have a tea. The room was of a modest size but the bed (oh the bed) was probably the most comfortable bed I slept in since arriving in Turkey. So if one doesn’t mind a brief wake up at 5am from the mosques loudspeakers you’re in for a treat.
