This place is a dream. The whole building is a photo-op. So comfortable. Amazing service. Everything was gorgeous. Yummy breakfast with beans, eggs or crepes, fruit, labneh, pita, juice and coffee.

Everything is thoughtful & welcoming about this artistically exquisite gem in an historic neighborhood in Dubai! The Staff members are so genuine & kind. The gallery is first class & features top contemporary artists from the region- staffed by knowledgeable artists. A fantastic location with many places of interest within walking distance of the hotel. I chose this hotel because I wanted to explore old Dubai and get a feel for what a traditional Dubai used to be. I wasn’t looking for modern and glitzy features and was fully satisfied with my choice. My room had all the necessities I needed.

This hotel is the first stop on the trip to the United Arab Emirates with my 88-year-old mother, and it is also a transit point. Considering arriving by night flight, it is very convenient to stay here. It's just a short walk to the Dubai Grand Canal and Marina, and the old mother was very satisfied. Very quiet, situated in the centre of the old town in a really authentic area, surrounded by handicraft stores, restored buildings and mosques. Beautifully decorated. All you can ask for.

Although we didn't stay in the rooms at XVA Art Hotel, we stopped by for coffee on a hot day and were delighted by the experience. The café offers a vibrant, naturally inspired setting with excellent air conditioning and superb drinks. The design of the hotel is stunning, and the art museum theme is truly splendid. Highly recommended for a relaxing break!

The hospitality in this place is very good. Really nice place to hangout and try out authentic hygiene nepali cuisine. Really loved the taste of the "khana set". Lots of space available inside and out. Also available reasonable price for the room.
