The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

We discreetly counted several swimming pools, and one of them alone had eight lifeguards on duty. There's a great variety of dining options, including Michelin three-star and one-star restaurants, as well as two buffets

While cockroaches in a restaurant are somewhat inevitable, I hope they can try to avoid guests seeing them, especially on new plates that might be used

Dubai really gives me the impression that the more ordinary the room service staff and lobby personnel are, the better their service attitude – to the point where I genuinely felt compelled to tip them

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

The location is very convenient, as the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall. The restaurant serves a buffet, featuring international cuisine for breakfast and Arabic cuisine for dinner

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

The location is not in the center but is very close to the airport which is great. For a business trip this is an ideal place. The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good. We did not try the breakfast.

We had a pleasant stay at Crown plaza, Staff were very supportive I would like to mention about Mr. Tulasi (room service guy) who provided us great service. Rooms and amenities are top notch and are well maintained

The Islanders Brunch on Saturday afternoons is incredible. I couldn't believe the assortment of food and drinks laid out for guests! The seafood included crabs, oysters, and mussels

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

For the food it nice and a lot of choices but the menu of sweet is poor and for us the toast not nice, also of you can increase the selection of fruit not only 3 kind of fruit. I hope you the best and success

The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

There are several restaurants, all serving breakfast, and a wide variety of dinner options. The service is attentive and enthusiastic; they upgraded our room and proactively greeted our children

We also appreciated the snack area offering hot dogs, fries, popcorn, and pizza, which was perfect when we wanted something quick and light between meals

We stayed at Centara Mirage Beach Resort for 10 days and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The resort is extremely family-friendly, and our children were entertained throughout the stay

While we appreciate their diligence, if a guest is sleeping and has put a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door, and even if housekeeping doesn't knock, customer service still calls the guest to ask if they'd like their room cleaned

They also accommodated my late check-out request without any hassle or drama, which is rare in many places. So far, this is one of the few hotels where customer requests are handled efficiently without much issue

The whole point of the DND sign is *not* to be disturbed, yet I still receive a call! Despite this, we appreciate their consistent dedication, and we look forward to staying with them again soon, God willing

I booked this hotel because of unusual room plan - a buthtub next to a see-through walls etc. the room design is nice, shampoo, shower gel are of a good quality with a nice smell. But the size of the rooms is small

The good thing about this hotel is a party ambience - there is a new event every day - pool parties, afro beats parties in the night club on the first floor. A number of bars and clubs right in the hotel building

We also tried the à la carte restaurants Orient and L’Olivo — both amazing! They really went the extra mile for my birthday too — balloons waiting in my room at check-in and a surprise birthday cake on the actual day

Drinks are available at the bars all day, and we even did shisha one evening at the rooftop bar — really good vibe and fair prices. It’s perfect for families, friends or couples

This is quite disappointing for guests staying only one night, as it means all three meals are confined to the buffet, which really detracts from the experience

There are activities like volleyball, pool games, and even themed nights — they had an Oktoberfest BBQ with games, food and drinks when we were there

Terrible service. They have non sense policies with the restaurants, not allowing you to book in the same day.

What's more, considering it was peak season, I was pleasantly surprised by how economical the rates were. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money
