We stay in beginning of July 2 nights but actually not enough. Place so big and many things for kids to play. Especially water park needs at least 1 day to spend

Obviously royal and luxury but little old. Famous and spacious inside. Worthy to have one night in life.

Everything was clean and nice a fun place to stay with family and they take great care of the kids. The kuds exploria is amazing. Thebuffe restaurants are really nice as well. Mist of the personal are very friendly.

Superb Hotel – The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. At check-in, they upgraded our room for free, and also provided late checkout. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing

Asked for my plans and offered suggestion such as the shuttle service to Dubai Mall and also asked if I required to check out late and provided me with complimentary late check out time

The fitness center is not very big but is well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The pool area was crowded but visually pleasing. The nearest metro station is around a 15 minute walk away

The breakfast buffet at Kitchen6 had plenty of variety, though honestly, I didn’t find the overall taste of dishes to be anything special compared to other buffet places

The beach is great! There are always free sun loungers, no matter what time you come. The distance between neighboring sun loungers is huge, so no one bothers you. Other hotels in this area cannot boast such a beach

We had a fantastic staycation. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great Indian vegetarian options as well. Overall I had fun and would really recommend it to anyone planning their trip to Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah

For the food it nice and a lot of choices but the menu of sweet is poor and for us the toast not nice, also of you can increase the selection of fruit not only 3 kind of fruit. I hope you the best and success

The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

Such a lovely place especially for kids- has everything. Great for kids and adults alike

The highlights of our visit were definitely the water park, lazy river, pools, and various family-friendly activities—they were all well-maintained and enjoyable for all ages

The hotel did try to make up for it by offering a late check-out by two hours, which we appreciated. Another aspect that could be enhanced is the ambience and interior design of the hotel rooms and restaurants

However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. Despite having a confirmed room booking, our check-in was delayed and the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which was quite inconvenient

I have to make a shout out to a guy at the concierge called Moses, he went out of his way to help at 4am in the morning when my daughter got sick

We especially loved the dinner buffet at Suan Bua Thai Restaurant. The spread was extensive with a great variety of delicious dishes

When I returned to the room, I was surprised that my bags had been taken out and I could not find them until I went down again and searched for them despite my request to return them several times over more than two hours

We had a couple of other minor issues, no hot water on final day and a broken room curtain. The sauna also had a broken timer so you weren't sure how long you'd been in

So they did the buffet in a smaller restaurant. Breakfast was average and food overall was just ok. I missed the curry selection they put on at Saadiyat

Dukes has been a perfect stay for me and 3 friends! The staff are so attentive and helpful, buffet breakfast has been very good with lots of options and the pool/beach facilities are great! The rooms are comfortable and spacious! The staff are so sweet we returned to our room with a picture of ourselves on chocolate!! Fun surprise

We had a wonderful short stay during our transit flight. The customer service and receptionist were warm and helpful. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, which made our travel very convenient
