Hotels with sea view in UAE

I booked a sea-view king room and specifically requested not to be given a corner room when I booked a month in advance. However, upon check-in, I was still assigned a corner room

The only thing worth mentioning is on our last day, while having breakfast at the Saffron restaurant, right as we walked in, under the first counter on the right where the plates are kept, I personally saw a cockroach crawling around, even on several plates that were about to be used

For breakfast, I highly recommend the G-level area, which is much more suited for Chinese palates, as the club breakfast is English style and the afternoon tea selection is also limited (definitely not recommended)

Dubai really gives me the impression that the more ordinary the room service staff and lobby personnel are, the better their service attitude – to the point where I genuinely felt compelled to tip them

I saw on Xiaohongshu that beach slippers were complimentary, but unfortunately, they weren't – only a beach bag was provided. Dining: The most satisfying part of this trip was the Club Lounge

Amazing stay at Atlantis The Palm! The room was beautiful, the staff were friendly, and everything felt luxurious. The waterpark was so much fun. Definitely a memorable experience in Dubai!

A perfect 10/10! (Facilities:) This is one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in 👍🏻. (Dining:) They offer a wide selection of Chinese, Japanese, Indian, and Western cuisines

The food is incredibly fresh, and the restaurant is spacious, though it can get very busy, sometimes requiring a wait. Next time I'm in Dubai, JW will definitely be my first choice

The housekeeping staff were very diligent and responsible. The breakfast was just so-so, not a lot of variety, and maybe the taste wasn't quite to my liking

You nees to book in advance for the free shuttle to the beach and outlet store. Our view outside our balcony was amazing

The hotel provided a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The bed was cozy and relaxing, perfect for resting. The balcony was clean and well arranged, giving a peaceful place to sit

You often have to wait a long time (there are elevators on two sides, and the one for long-term guests on higher floors can go down). ③ Other: A 500 AED cash deposit is required upon check-in

Metro is just outside but not directly connected to hotel. You will need to use the entrance at the back. Make sure you use the correct elevator

A standard resort hotel with new facilities. We booked a Club Room with a palm view, and all three meals could be enjoyed in the lounge. Guests also have access to the amenities at the old Atlantis.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view

However, I would have preferred if the bathtub faced the sea rather than being tucked away inside the bathroom. Honestly, the hotel offers everything you could possibly need, you wouldn’t even want to leave

This was my first time staying here but the staff and accommodations was absolutely wonderful! Would highly recommend it for any visiting group of companies and family holidays! Even have a shuttle to the city which truly helps if that’s what you’re looking for! Grounds well kept and exceeded expectations!

The hotel has beautiful, spacious grounds. The breakfasts are delicious and varied (smoothies, freshly squeezed juices, eggs Benedict, and more). Everything is always very clean and friendly.

Our daughter is really happy with the buggy transport- great fun for her. All of our family is really very happy here. The staff is amazing- very friendly and really wants to help

The service was good however some room service staff had hygiene issues and there was some confusion in our original booking, and we got an upgrade! Which was a nice gesture specially taking along with us 2 toddlers

The location is not in the center but is very close to the airport which is great. For a business trip this is an ideal place. The hotel restaurant for dinner is very good. We did not try the breakfast.

Since it was July and the weather is too hot it would be lovely if there are family's inside activities as a inside fun city or inside gaming or even a theatre for cinema or and other show

The Islanders Brunch on Saturday afternoons is incredible. I couldn't believe the assortment of food and drinks laid out for guests! The seafood included crabs, oysters, and mussels

And I recommend it to visit it for all, location is nice, the facilities is good and cleanliness is good and the most important the service is excellent in everything

The area is under a lot of construction & doesn’t feel idyllic ! We booked a sea view room not near the lift & were slightly disappointed as we were tucked in a corner looking at other rooms not the best sea view & were directly behind the lift which was noisy day & night ☹️ The hotel did acknowledge our Anniversary by putting some balloons & 2 towel swans in the room which was a nice touch a greatly...

The staff were always a step ahead an so helpful, making sure we had everything we needed in the room and by the pool. The pool was busy, but well controlled, and all children were directed to the shallower pools

My wife and I vacationed there in September 2025. Now we know we can safely go there with our child. The level of service and comfort is 5. When other hotels open nearby, the Rick will definitely become a 5

The waterpark was actually so fun too! As two adults, we never thought we’d be running circles to go down the slide. The staff looked like they enjoyed laughing at my fear as much as I did going down them

So many options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including vegetarian and vegan options, if that’s your thing. Honestly still think about these buffets now that I’m home

The Executive Lounge is another great perk, though it would be nice if water and soft drinks were available at all times, even after 20:00 (it officially closes at 21:00)

The location is convenient, quite close to Aura Skypool and the mall. It seems like the hotel attracts a lot of business travelers. The hotel has its own beach, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to experience it.

I booked a double bed, but got a king-sized one. It was fine though, as the staff proactively helped me set up the sofa bed. If your English isn't great, communication might be a bit challenging

A very comfortable and luxurious hotel. It's clean, grand, and has an excellent location. The hotel staff are very welcoming, especially in the lobby, which is incredibly spacious and impressive with a very modern design

All the hotel rooms are sea-facing, directly overlooking the Burj Al Arab, offering unparalleled views! There are several Jumeirah Group hotels nearby, and each has beautiful pools and beaches

However, the front desk was excellent; they helped me with my luggage, gave me 3 complimentary breakfasts, and very kindly let us eat first, then quickly prepared my room! The room was ready and I could check in by around 9 AM

The facilities are world-class – the private beach, swimming pools, and restaurants all exceeded expectations. The breakfast buffet had an incredible variety, and every meal we had was delicious

The pool areas were lovely with life-jackets and a dedicated kids pool, there can't be many hotels that have a free waterpark this size on the doorstep either! The beach was stunning with great views and watersports (the jet ski was great fun)

I initially thought it would just be the hotel buffet, but the front desk provided a list of restaurants from which we could choose our preferred one

Great location and facilities. Service generally pretty good but the breakfast in the buffet restaurant was busy and service was reflective of that.

Although it's not on Palm Jumeirah but on another island, this hotel is truly outstanding. For a family stay, the value for money is far superior to hotels on Palm Jumeirah or in the city center

Salam street is behind the hotel that enables a fast travel to Dubai and Yas Island. Hotel staff is humble and happily provide you any kind of extra facility upon availability without putting a hole in your pocket

It’s a bit old property, rooms are a bit small. Sea view definitely worth it, you can enjoy the scenery and drone show. But big green and really nice territory of the hotel. A lot of different food options

Lovely amenities but service to work on if want to be in as high regard as Jumeirah and like hotels. Walk from sun bed to beach is long but beach is nice. They will not upgrade you so pay for sea view

It was my cousins birthday and she simply wanted a coffee and some fruit. Not great when I recommended to stay here. Otherwise was good and bbq night on Fridays is Amazing which we paid for

However, on arrival we couldn’t have a drink or anything from the main buffet, just the complimentary one on floor one where the breakfast was not great at all
