Whilst the premises are nice the customer service lacks that personal touch and felt more like a cheap resort (despite the high price) where no one cares. Have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly; the food choices are excellent; the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped; and everything is exceptionally clean. Everything has been thought out so you can have the most relaxing stress free holiday possible.

The hotel is great, and the key is that there is an all-inclusive package, which opens the Jelly Sea with one click. I spent a few days lying and eating by the sea, and felt that the time was too short! The food was quite good, and there was also a children's playground for kids, with great facilities and a great swimming pool. It was a little cold in February, so I'll go back later if it's hot!

Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

The staff is very varied in their treatment and they do not say things in a concrete and true way, for example: wait 5 minutes for such a thing and it is 15-20, etc.

It has become much worse than in 2023, construction has started next to the pool, the choice of food at breakfast is poor. Since the beach is the farthest, all the garbage flows into this corner. There is always a queue at the reception. The rooms themselves are not bad and are cleaned thoroughly, but there is a disco on the beach from time to time, the bass beats until three in the morning, earplugs...

Fantastic hotel,staff very friendly.Got an upgrade from 3 bedrooms to a penthouse,very much appreciated!In a restaurant chefs more than happy to help with my gluten free diet requirements. The only thing was that,it’s time to renovate interiors,fresh wallpaper and a lick of paint would make it perfect.

Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service dining and exceptional staff

It's not close to any landmarks, but the skyline is lovely. Great variety of food, prompt service, eager to please Efficient, sometimes intruding (infrequently, though)
