Quite basic hotel in very central Sharjah and reachable quite good from DXB Airport. Other than that, nothing special: rooms are a bit outdated but at least big and spacious. Service is mid and amenities are nothing exceptional. Price is very okay!

I stayed here for four months due to work. While some of the room facilities are a bit dated, the staff are exceptionally helpful. Pharees, in particular, was outstanding. He was attentive to guests’ needs and proactive in offering assistance. He provided tremendous help with my luggage and navigating city transportation, which made a real difference during my stay. I’m truly grateful for his support

It was a very nice and cozy hotel , the staffs are so accommodating and approachable especially the Filipino receptionist Miss Rosan. She’s very helpful and considerate. It was an exceptional experience as it was my first time any of my CLIENT for a meeting at this location. It turned out to be a great decision at the end. The ambiance, service and calmness of environment was really a blessing as I was able to close the deal with my CLIENT.

The location is convenient. It would be better if the breakfast time could be earlier and the hygiene could be improved.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Dubai. Strategically located. Walking distance to marts and nearby to cafes. Room was spacious and clean. Hotel breakfast could have been better. Very limited varieties especially people those who are staying more days . Lift was also slow . Other than that everything was fine.

The Royal Grand Suite Hotel staff were so kind and generous to me. I visited this hotel and I needed urgent help. The staff went above and beyond their call of duty to make sure I got what I needed, even though it was not technically part of their responsibility.
