Clean rooms and decent services
Only issue is the car parking

The hotel is excellent, the reception staff are excellent, and the service is excellent.

I stayed here for four months due to work. While some of the room facilities are a bit dated, the staff are exceptionally helpful. Pharees, in particular, was outstanding. He was attentive to guests’ needs and proactive in offering assistance. He provided tremendous help with my luggage and navigating city transportation, which made a real difference during my stay. I’m truly grateful for his support.

my stay at Golden tulips it's a long story because I had to stay there twice in a week and the experience was amazing and the staff was very helpful too.

so I ended up here because of Air Arabia twice in a week, the first stay was short and there was a different smell in the room I stayed buy it had a view to the corniche and I only had breakfast and it was a very short stay and the next day I lost my phone in a taxi that was arranged for me at the hotel, and I literally thought I would never see my phone again, but as a saviour, Mr. Francis, the sales manager was very helpful who went to extremes to get the phone for me. Little did he know that I would be there again after a couple of days with another delayed flight. and this time I got an even better room and I met Francis personally and by then most of the staff knew me and they were all very friendly, so the service I got was spectacular.

I will just mention a few names of these unsung people too, namely Emmanuel, Athulya the HR, Sreenu, Pharees and Pranav too.

the room was great, the location is amazing with accessibility to many places in Sharjah and literally in the centre of Dubai and Sharjah airports too. I gave them a feedback about the smell in the rooms when I stayed the first time and they said renovations are about to begin floor by floor as the building is a tad bit old too. once all done, I hope Golden tulips gets even bigger and better with even more reputation.

They have many amenities that you can check out and the room service is not bad and the buffet is nice too. Continental indeed.

Very good hotel which is clean, friendly and efficient staff, and well located. Food is tasty and the breakfast buffet is quite varied. The room was clean and felt like home. Too bad there were no slippers for wearing in the room. The bed was comfy and clean. Inside the plaza there are all the necessary convenience stores. Check in was smooth and WiFi was very reliable.
