The hotel’s location is fine, but the service quality does not match the price at all. When we arrived, there was no coffee or slippers in the room, and we were told these were extra charge items. We’ve never experienced such things being charged separately in any other hotel before. It was honestly disappointing. For a hotel in this price range, I expected much more attention to detail and better service.

Cost efficient. Unpaved/sandy parking nearby hotel. Clean room. Basic complementary like toothbrush or tea is not available.

Worst serviced. They dont ptovide anything, slipper, complimentary coffee, soap etc. only 2 small bottle of water. Definitely I dont recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided a perfect combination of comfort, service, and convenience. The staff were welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. My room was spacious, quiet, and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern décor. The bathroom was luxurious and well-maintained. The on-site amenities and overall ambiance made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Very nice. There staff was very humble. Espeically Shipu. He is a very good houskeeping. There is no coffee no tea. Nothing. But all staff is good. The mattress is uncomfortable. But when I checked in they asked me for a 200 dirham deposit. This is definitely not acceptable.

I had a fantastic experience at a Royal Hotel Sharjah.From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team was friendly and welcoming.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and the attention to detail was impressive.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, even for just one night. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. To make things worse, I noticed small insects in the room, which was unacceptable. The reception area smelled strongly of Indian spices and food, which was unpleasant and unprofessional. Basic amenities were completely missing—there wasn’t even a simple welcome tea or coffee. They provided a water heater, but it wasn’t even connected to a power source, rendering it useless. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, adding to the overall disappointment. I honestly regret staying here and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at the royal hotel was truly wonderful. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delightful, and i even found time to enjoy their gym, which was a great addition to my experience. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which really added to my comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend the royal hotel; it truly felt like a caring and welcoming place.

Poor management, no cleaning bad smell from the room and rooms are not the same as shown in picture.
No parking, need to park your car in others plots if available.no security for your car.

Not bad place but bad smell kinda good services also a lot of noises after morning especially.
The price is normal close to the beach but for those who aren’t Russians forget about coming there.
