Ajman Beach Hotel in Ajman City

Very nice hotel with unique and polite staff, a perfect place to relax. I loved the beach—so clean and well maintained. The room had a wonderful sea view. The food was delicious and varied, with many restaurants to choose from.I highly recommend Zanzibar. Special thanks to Heeena, Supun, Mario, and Chef Ronnie. I would also like to highlight Regina for her excellent guest relations skills and outstanding service.I would gladly extend my stay for 10 more days. Thank you for such a great experience.

This hotel felt like pure luxury from the moment I arrived. Everything was perfect – the incredible cleanliness, the beautiful and peaceful beach, and the atmosphere that made me feel safe and relaxed.

The staff were genuinely kind and always ready to help. Housekeeping did an amazing job every day, and the reception team was truly exceptional. Their kindness and willingness to assist with anything made the stay even more special. I really appreciated how they prepared an early breakfast for me on the day of departure and had it ready at reception. Such thoughtful service means a lot.

I felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of throughout the whole stay. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had in any hotel. I would love to return, and I already know that this is the place I will choose again.

This is, without a doubt, the best hotel I have ever visited.

The service at this hotel is really good — all the staff are very friendly, helpful, and deserve to be treated with respect. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beach is huge, clean, and not too crowded. The hotel also has decent restaurants and facilities overall.

Most of the guests are Russian, but don’t be put off by that — everyone we met was polite and friendly.

However, there are some downsides:
• You have to pay extra for bowling, even if you’re on an all-inclusive plan.
• Guests are allowed to smoke in the bowling area, bar, and lounge, which is unpleasant, especially if you’re with children.
• If you stay on the first floor (where the best rooms are), be prepared for a constant smell of tobacco and shisha because the lounge is on the same level — you can’t reach your room without walking through smoke.
• The main swimming pool is a decent size, but children are only allowed in a small shallow section right next to the busy pool bar.
• There’s another pool that would be perfect for children, but it’s marked as adults-only and used mainly by older guests staying in the villas — which doesn’t make much sense.
• There’s also a third, deeper pool, but it’s very small (around 2x3 meters), so it’s not really suitable for swimming.

Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service and a fantastic beach, but the smoking policy and pool rules could definitely be improved.

Our family stay at Ajman Hotel & Villas by Blazon Hotels was nothing short of wonderful! The comfort, cleanliness, views, and attentive service all combined to make our vacation exactly what we hoped for. I’d like to make a special mention of one of the reception staff, Rigina. She greeted us warmly, handled check-in smoothly, guided us with local recommendations, and assisted with little details throughout our stay. It was a display of real professionalism — present, but never pushy. Coming from the US, we were pleasantly surprised by such a high level of genuine care and attention to guests in this hotel.
Thank you to the entire hotel team for the hospitality — we will definitely come back and highly recommend to friends!

5 star service. Special mention to Ms. Jizel at the Reception/Reservation. She was the one who assisted us with our booking on 28/08 and her service was top class. A surprise anniversary cake was delivered to our room. Great amenities too. Food is awesome. The room is super clean. Keep up the good work! We will definitely come back.

The best beds and pillows a hotel could have! Top quality, sleep quality was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating staff and great service. We loved our time and they made special arrangements for our room and a surprise for my husband’s birthday also. Really yummy and good quality breakfast options too!

From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless and welcoming. A special shout-out to Bassem at the reception—his professionalism, warm demeanor, and helpfulness truly made check-in a breeze and set the tone for the rest of my stay. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Ajman Hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful sea view balcony that made the experience extra special. The pool was well-maintained, the beach was clean and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was another highlight delicious and offered in a wide variety of cuisines, with something for every taste.

My only suggestion is to clearly label food items like ham and bacon, especially since many Arab families with young children were staying at the hotel. Clear labeling would help guests who avoid pork for religious or personal reasons. Other than that, everything was excellent from the service to the facilities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly stay.

Absolutely loved our stay here and could not be happier with the facilities, staff and customer service as a whole. So many pools to choose from and the services offered at the spa were amazing. They made my birthday really special and truly enjoyable, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for hotels in this area! One of my favourite hotels ever and I've stayed at many around the world.
