This place is very cheap, but!
No hot water during the day, very cold at night (we had to sleep in jackets at the middle of October). Despite we got 8th floor rooms, elevators did not work at all and no one would help with our baggage. Food here is pity. As a present, we got used condom under the bed.

i just went there for garba nights....our indian students are playing garba there on our Navratri festival...some ukrainian students and people are also coming to join us ..you must visit once on our navratri festival if you are living in beautiful chernivtsi city....
One night stay and cheap... But heaters sucks so no plans in winter...
