When we arrived, after driving 8 hours and tired, we found out they cancelled out booking and give the room to someone else. I recommend you call this property to confirm your booking before your arrival if you don't wanna have a similar experience.
They finally gave us a 1 small bed room for me and my girlfriend and charged us more than on our original booking. In my opinion, the manager could have handle the unlucky situation a bit different.
All in all, not a bad place for the price but it could be more professional.

Nice little hotel, friendly staff, tasty food in the restaurant. A little was zimšie in the room but it could withstand.

Many ride in Ukraine had to go to Chernovtsakh. The receptionist booked me in the barn room, and then she almost got fired, dirty wash rooms, this shack full of them on a noisy street, and as the rooms have cheap plastic Windows is a noise as if sleeping on the street, in the store, expired products, at least bought a bad piece of sausage, to happiness in time sensed the fleet of this miracle product. Strongly recommend
Constantly come to Chernivtsi as for work and rest. Found the most perfect option for accommodation, fine quality and affordable price. Room comfort: Wi-Fi, plasma TV with satellite TV, refrigerator, safety Deposit box, all brand new. The room is very warm, shower gel, shampoo and soap in dispensers, which is very convenient, not given a paltry portion bags.

Was at the hotel, decided to dine at their restaurant. I liked everything. My wife especially liked the tagliatelle, and my spirit, moonshine )
With ways to relax the most. The truth of the condition of the rooms is not really looking out, i.e. some details of the interior of the can in his hands to be while in loose condition, or simply broken by the previous guests. The price is a little high, but it seems to a little pomposity in the name of the "hotel". But everything else was all clean, the staff friendly and willing to help in any questions. This is to ensure that arriving at the hotel late in the evening and the restaurant situated the same place, was already closed, but we went to meet and feed all yummy))).

Staff was nice and willing to help . Katharina from reception did her best . Thank you . Rooms are generous and comfortable. Only one thing they have to fix it with the housekeeping department where they need to improve their quality and rise the standard. Breakfast okay .
Clean rooms, not all time. Is warm in winter, they are economics. Whit.the heating. Good prices for. Rooms.
They will change your ordered portion size at their own will. Ask before you place an order. So the cost might double or even triple.
