On the positive side - rooms are nice, situated in the downtown. But You can pay only with cache there. Windows of my room faced a buzy road, and noise from cars didn't let me sleep well and that was the most expensive room. Also asked for a child bad when made the reservation, and was promissed to have it in the room by my arrival, but there was none. And they couldn't provide it upon my request, because some stuff already left.

Nice, clean place. Pleasant personal, rooms with air conditioner, a bit far for the city centre but it's ok. Like it.

We booking this hotel for 9nights because we have a bussiness trip in chernivtsi. We booked this hotel because its written nearby to the place we have to work. The hotel beds so dirty and seems like they never change it from one customer to another. Pillow like have been use for decade! Wifi mostly doesn't work and receiptionist doesn't speak english at all complicated to communicaye with the staff. Beside that, inside room they didn't provide any water bottle or at least glass / cup to drink! Its the worst hotel we have ever been..!

A nice hotel with new furniture and welcoming staff. Rooms are good enough to spend some time here. A little bit far from the city center, but we enjoy walking. Moreover, prices are really reasonable.
