Edelweis Migovo in Migovo

We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! We booked a deluxe suite and loved everything! The room had a TV, refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee, and tea. The bathroom had a good hairdryer and complimentary toiletries (soap, etc.). We were also very pleased with the good Wi-Fi.

Rested last year, the kitchen was disgusting, small portions.
This year the level of service has increased significantly, the restaurant is clean, very tasty cuisine and friendly staff. Great choice of breakfasts, good service and very atmospheric.

We rested for a week in February 2021. We were lucky with the weather - frost and a lot of snow. The place is wonderful, the nature and landscapes are fabulous!
The hotel is good, right next to the ski lift, the suite is comfortable, everything is in the tree. Here are just no sound insulation)).
Hot water was always, it was very warm, even too much, we had to constantly open the windows.
Pleased with the sauna (we had 2 hours as a gift), a large, wood-fired, with a hayloft.
But there was no fence for the boiler in the steam room, the child burned a little, luckily everything worked out, but there could be a big trouble!
The administration reported this, promised to fix it. Check it out next year))
I recommend this hotel for a family vacation, as well as the Migovo resort in general.

We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices and good service.
Separately, I would like to highlight the administrator Lyudmila, who did her best to create all the conditions for a well-spent vacation.
Her right approach to work and ability to communicate with guests makes her a doubly enjoyable weekend.
During our stay there were many requests that were fulfilled without any problems.
This person does not receive his salary for nothing! And I want to tell her: "- Thank you so much!" For help in some suations, advice related to rest, and just for pleasant communication)

After raising the ratings of the hotel, pleasing the guests, helping she motivates to visit this hotel again, but also killing her health and not getting enough sleep.
