Sadyba Markevychiv ChAN BANYa Hotel in Yaremche

I ask you to take urgent measures regarding the unacceptable level of service and unsanitary conditions in the so-called "wonderful" Markevich estate in Yaremche! Instead of the booked room with a balcony, we were accommodated in a terrible room, motivating this by the fact that the previous residents "did not vacate" the room at 13:00 - an outrageous violation of the agreements!
But this is only the beginning of the horrors! There was someone's disgusting hair floating in the shower, and the pedestal is half falling off, which indicates a complete lack of cleaning! The bed turned out to be dirty, covered with some kind of sand and dried secretions of unknown origin! Judging by their appearance and smell, the towels were not washed after previous visitors!
After an hour of staying in this hotbed of filth, we felt bites! The presence of a permit for living with animals prompts unpleasant thoughts about the source of these bites and dirt on the bed and in the bathroom! The floor in the room was so dirty that our socks instantly turned black!
Although, the owners said that they clean after each visitor.
But it feels like the floor has not been vacuumed or washed since the times of Austria-Hungary!!!
After we expressed our indignation at these terrible conditions and received a promise of a refund, the owners of this "beautiful" institution simply stopped answering phone calls! This is a direct violation of consumer rights and indicates their complete irresponsibility!
I demand a thorough inspection of the sanitary condition of the Markevich estate and take appropriate measures against the owners for providing services of inadequate quality, deceiving customers and ignoring their legitimate requirements! I also ask you to facilitate the return of the money paid for the spoiled vacation!
