1) the receptionist who claimed to be the owner charges whatever she wants for bath towels.
2) The place is up a steep hill from everything hill so u better be fit or have a car.
3)The female receptionist has a big attitude and threatened us with not staying there because I didn't have a qr code for the vaccine. Even thought I presented a valid vaccine certificate! so don't book a place here if u do not have a QR Code.
4) The place locks down at 1am so when we got back late we had to knock on the door for half an hour before some residents helped guide us into entering the place from the freezing cold!!
5) We asked the another male receptionist to get our room cleaned. We came back later and nobody had cleaned our room.
6) The receptionist just gives us bad looks and attitude and gives us the keys. No introduction to the hotel or welcoming speech.
