I recently had the opportunity to visit this hotel where my co-workers were staying for a company BBQ event which lasted about four hours. Unfortunately, the hotel owner managed to ruin it for us and while I generally approach these experiences with a degree of optimism, I am compelled to share that this particular experience left a lot to be desired.

Foremost amongst my issues was the overall approach to hospitality demonstrated by the owner. There is an art to managing a hotel and ensuring guests are comfortable - a balance that needs to be struck between helpful engagement and respectful distance. Regrettably, the owner seemed to lack a basic understanding of this principle. Rather than being welcoming and amicable, he exhibited an attitude that can best be described as abrasive and inconsiderate. Unfortunately, his demeanor permeated my short visit, turning what should have been a relaxing experience into one that was noticeably strained.

In the hospitality business, the main objective should be to provide a comfortable, welcoming experience for all guests. In this instance, it seemed that control and regulation were prioritized above guest comfort and satisfaction. This lack of genuine hospitality was glaringly obvious and greatly detracted from what could otherwise have been an enjoyable visit.

I would urge the hotel owner to take some time to revisit the basic tenets of hospitality. In doing so, he may be able to create a more relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that would allow guests to make the most of their stay without feeling unnecessarily scrutinized.

Given the current state of things, I can't fully endorse this hotel as a recommended place to stay. Hospitality should encompass kindness, understanding, and a hands-off approach that puts guests at ease. Regrettably, this hotel missed the mark on these aspects.

We were not greeted very warmly, they offered a menu, I wanted to order borscht for the next day, order for lunch.
I was immediately cut off, you will go, you do not need borscht.
And my mood immediately deteriorated upon arrival, on the first day I wanted to go home.
Four days of spoiled vacation (((
We arrived on the first night, no one was heating, and then they started heating until 00:00 and added geese.
They did not heat during the day from 18:00, they will heat until 00:00 and that's it.
It's freezing cold and now we're sick. We're going home with a fever. It's warmer in the barn than here))))))

P.S. I ate so much borscht that I don't even remember what it tasted like)
