The rooms are good and well-kept, clean and comfortable, there is everything you need. The balcony has wonderful views. Overall, we are almost satisfied with our stay.
A significant minus is a lot of small children, which makes it noisy and difficult to relax normally. No one warned us about this in advance. Those looking for peace and quiet should take this into account.

We rested in October 2025. The host is friendly, the room is neat and clean. In the common corridor there is a kettle, microwave, dishes, refrigerator. Beautiful views from the terrace. I recommend

We rested at the Carpathia estate from January 11 to 15!
The estate and rooms are clean and tidy, the house is warm, toilet paper, towels, hairdryer, kettle, kitchen everything was there!)
The garbage was taken out every day! There is also soap in the bathroom!) The owners did not bother us!! We almost did not see them!)
The view from the window is gorgeous!
Arrival only by four-wheel drive car!) drivers note, because the estate is located on a mountain!) to the center 10 minutes, to the Probiy waterfall 20-25 minutes on foot) everything is within walking distance!)

Regarding the room - clean and tidy. But! The owners are real scoundrels. Toilet paper, and that had to be asked for. The friendliness of the hostess, especially at a lower level, several times she yelled at the children, and the owner is also not very friendly. The hostess just came to us, without greeting, turned off the light in the corridor and left. Although we were there at that time. In a word, I don't want to go back there. I don't recommend it!

The view from the window is gorgeous. You wake up in the morning and immediately the mountains look at you from the window. For me, as a person who has an iron staircase to the 2nd floor outside the window of the room, along which the neighbors climb up and down, and you have to watch it, this view of the mountains is like a balm for the soul)))

Near the city center, a grocery market, a small amusement park, a skating rink, ski rental, a beautiful city Christmas tree and even a city hospital and clinic within a 10-minute walk in case someone gets sick. The Probiy waterfall and the souvenir market are half an hour on foot. The only thing is that it is slippery to go down the hill in winter, so wear shoes with non-slip soles.

Advice for those who will drive on the navigator and stand in front of a stony steep climb, stop and walk to the place and ask about a detour. Better yet, call ahead in case someone picks up the phone. I personally called the indicated numbers, but no one answered. And so the manor with amenities corresponds to the price. There is a kitchen where you can prepare your own food, a barbecue is provided. The owner is pleasant and polite, but it seems that the management is not working properly, because it turned out that they learned about the fact of our arrival.

Very nice, quiet place. Extraordinary mountain view. Perfect cleanliness both in the rooms and on the territory. Good sauna, barbecue and swing. Great place to relax with children. Friendly hosts. The estate will be a good place to relax at any time of year. Another house is being built now. I hope that after increasing the number of rooms, their quality will not change

* There is a kitchen with everything you need and a balcony with a gorgeous view where you can have lunch and look at the mountains.
The rise from the center to the house is about 5 minutes downhill, in the summer it is not difficult to walk. To the forest, mountains, 15-20 minutes on foot. To the sights (waterfalls, Dovbush trail, etc.), train station, bus station and shops on foot 10-20 minutes. The location is chic.

Great place, friendly hosts. There is wifi, as an additional service, you can order breakfasts, and in the evening - buy firewood and barbecue on the grill in the courtyard. From the window you can see a stunning view of Yaremche and the mountains.
