Excellent hotel, level! I liked the loyalty of the staff, a large selection of services and entertainment (special thanks for the pool and bowling). The rooms are warm, clean and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for the view from the windows and the cozy atmosphere!

I liked everything very much. The staff is polite and always came to help in solving any problems. The price of accommodation includes breakfast, an hour of bowling and an hour of billiards, as well as unlimited access to the pool. Calm music for meditation plays in the pool. There is a sauna, bathhouse for a separate reasonable fee. The hotel is quite large inside, the furniture is new and expensive...

Rather good hotel. But was dissatisfied with not very clean rooms (sofas with spots of something) and strange smell. Anyway, if it's a bad weather, you can find enough entertainment in the hotel. Good location 👌

Hotel is very nice with great facilities for families (pool, bowling, play area for kids). The rooms could use some updating but still comfortable. Breakfast buffet is ok.

Very spacious, Soviet-style hotel, and staff (without a smile). Rooms are XL and seems that nothing has been changed in the past 30 years when communism ended, including the stained leather sofa couches. Breakfast is served in buffet style in a ball room, where you would think each minute the president would walk in. In the palace style hallway the light are off, and hard to find the lift. This is a very nice hotel and very modern, reasonable price and friendly staff. It is right in the middle of the city center. The rooms are beautiful with high ceilings and every modern amenity you could imagine. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They let us stay longer with no extra payment as our train was leaving late at night. Breakfast was tasty and well-served. Our room was clean. "Puaro" restaurant is a great value for money - good music on the background, tasty dishes and helpful staff made our stay even more warm and memorable.

The hotel is not bad. Clean, the view is beautiful. Hotel staff is good. The restaurant of Hotel in the plaza (5.th floor) is a famous steakhouse. Only the meats on the menu are delicious. Prices are suitable for quality and taste.

The hotel is very classy, beautiful and original features, the price is not bad, overall experience is pleasant, on the fourth floor of a very posh restaurant, next to a constantly running pool, no extra smells, everything is cool.

Not a bad hotel for 1 night in the economy, just have a great sleep, the price for the economy is 350 UAH, in principle, it’s normal, sorry, the curtains are translucent, a little uncomfortable. Near the church I woke up in the morning, you can say I visited the service without knowing it :)

Beautiful landscape and interior. Nice staff. Rested a few times in this place - only positive emotions. Love the kitchen and live music. If someone wants to sit as a separate group, there are cozy cabins.

The place is in the very center next to the main square, it is clean and comfortable and the staff is very nice and helpful. I was hoping for a bigger breakfast - but it was already included in the low accommodation price - and there was no view from the room. On the other hand, the room was very well light and there was a basic desk to sit at.

Good hotel staying there for few days every year when visiting my relatives. As of July 2016 night stay including breakfast is $11-12.00 for single occupancy rooms.

The hotel is great. On a ratio the price quality - you get the optimal set of services. And all this 5 minutes from the main attractions. Rating 4 only because of the restaurant - the prices are average, but the food is no "flavor" - as in "Soviet" canteen.

Good place to stay, what I like is it's in the outskirts of city and you can reach any point in city within 15 minutes. Staff is very polite, friendly and hospitable.

A good place for spend an evening and walk around. They are also restaurant which accept the events such ad wedding. Horses are around and you can play with them. You can ride a hors with 12 € for 1.5 hours. Here is school for practice riding a horse too.

I fell in love with this town and could have stayed here for weeks. The host was a older couple and they were having internet problems with booking so a phone call always helps It’s a great place and the suites are huge . I highly recommend and the the price point is excellent.

There is a friendly woman who will gladly tell and tell you everything. The room is large and clean. In the presence of a kettle with cups and tea; towels; slippers; shampoo.
