Very clean! Respect to the people who do such a great job! Everything is great, guys, but this is a 3-star hotel for me! 1) I didn't see any icemakers or vending machines on any of the floors, including the lobby level! 2) There's no washer and dryer, so you have to try and pay with tokens or a card! 3) A four-star hotel should have a hot tub or sauna. A nice, CLEAN little hotel with perfectly crisp sheets!

Very modern hotel in the heart of Bila Tserkva with excellent rooms and prices. A great place to stay if you are visiting this town.
