I appreciate all the staff of the hotel for making my mom's staying there comfortable and safe. Thanks for prompt answers to my multiple emails and requests! Day and night!The only thing she couldn't cope with the TV, but it's ok.

Worst 4 star hotel , booked through booking and rated 8.2 but nothing received as booked , extra money paid & no services inside the suits , arrangements for family of 5 is to keep children in the 3rd floor & parents on the 2nd floor, location is far from the bridge & the sea ..
No breakfast buffet, limited options to choose from.

Extremely clean. Posh & Quite area. Staff is good. Near riverside and golf club. Highly recommended.

My friends really liked the hotel. It's close to a park and the Dnieper River. They chose it because it was quiet and there was plenty of room to walk. They praised the food and the cleanliness of the room. They were also happy with the customer service. I agree about the service, and I've had a good experience with the hotel reception. I can also say that their coffee is good.

Went into the foyer of the hotel to use the hotel's currency exchange. If the exterior is quite modest, the interior is grandiose, at least a lot of gold, carpets with long pile. Ve made a very "rich".

Nicely furnished, temperature can be regulated in the room.
No facilities, just bed and breakfast city type hotel. Pretty far from the city centre. Internet connection is terrible, staff dont speak english, not very helpful as well... Only one key was available for 3 people in the room!! Breakfast is not according to standards. In my opinion not worth the money

The hotel is good itself, it has nice clean rooms with luxury design. However, personnel isn't ready to deal with untypical situations. E.g. they were not able to fix conditioning system during the first three days, and different people were giving different unsynchronized explanations why they can't fix it quickly. Also, booking price was slightly but noticeably lower than final charge made by the hotel.

the horror.... at that price, the Pool and Sauna are NOT included in the price... the room was OK.. even the heater wasn't offered in the Suite
