My stay here was another good experience while visiting Ukraine. Good food comfortable rooms and nice staff. Also close to the Railroad station with plenty places within walking distance for most everything you need. Not a fancy place but very functional for a traveler!

We stay here regularly. The service quality is stable and good, rooms are clean and correct, noise isolation is alright and the staff is well trained and kind.
I recommend taking a look at the loyalty program on their site, the pricing gets more interesting with it.

It was very non trivial to call the elevator to the floor, so we had to use a stairway.They use sensor buttons which don't always react to the finger
Expandable sofa in family room was quite narrow and unstable.
On a good side the room was clean, modern and silent. The breakfast was good too.

I am happy to choose here for my 11 nights stay before I fly to UK,very clean and well located.
The standard rooms are a bit small but they gave me a bigger room after few days stay.
I want to thank to all staff specifically to the lady manager in the reception.
I recommend it to all Turkish travellers especially the ones who need to stay here before they fly to UK.

Great as always! Great starting point to explore the beautiful city of Kyiv. The staff is also very kind and helpful.
I've to take two stars away because the administration isn't forcing guests to wear a mask at all. After asking at the front desk, I was told that they can't force guest to wear a mask but from my research, it is a must and enforced by law.
