Sofiyivs'sky Posad provided our family with an enjoyable stay during Covid. The facilities are nice but just a touch outdated. Likely due to the lack of income over Covid. The staff was very accommodating and assisted us in reserving one of their largest rooms for our young family of 6. The room was very comfortable and well laid out and included a small balcony. Breakfast was tasty and was served...

Best service * fantastic place* good price* best kitchen and food *i recommended this place like best*****

Everything was nice but they don't enforce covid protocols so I was anxious about it

Nice place to stay, great location and amazing service. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay. It's like a hotel. Very central. Good roads. The center is easy to reach. Good service. Staff speak good English. Very friendly Good hygiene and good foodGood hygiene and good food.

We celebrated our wedding at this restaurant on May 29, 2021, in the Versailles room. Thanks to manager Olga for her professionalism in choosing the menu and the quantity of dishes and alcohol. Everything went perfectly. All the food was delicious (according to us and our guests), and they brought out everything in full, unlike some restaurants where only half of what was ordered arrives. Everything...

Very helpful staff: When I arrived at the hotel, they helped me correct the mistakes I made when booking through the Booking.com system, which I could no longer correct there. And when my plans changed in the morning and I had to leave earlier, the receptionist made sure that I got breakfast earlier :) I left without remembering her name, so thanks again to the girl for all the help she provided, who...

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, in vicinity to all amenities

They didn't even had water in whole hotel

Hotel's room are very clean and modern. I have suffered from shower water, it was coming low. Could not take shower properly. Location & price balanced.

Very nice and very clean hotel! Staff is excellent and very friendly. Amazing kitchen, great burgers. Not in the best area of Kiev, but worth better than some dirty hotel in the nice area.

The cleanliness is ok, but the staff in the corridors yells like they're at a train station.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and did not regret it. We were greeted politely, the administrator smiled and was pleasant. We asked for additional dishes and a vase for flowers in the room, which was provided. We were also able to iron our clothes in the morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was soft and large. We ordered breakfast in the evening for 8:00. Breakfasts are...

Wonderful and friendly service, very comfortable and spotlessly clean rooms. Excellent breakfasts. Parking is available at the hotel, which is a huge convenience. I slept very well there – despite being located on a busy street, the room was quiet. Nice baroque style :)

Neat hotel, clean rooms. Fresh linen. We checked in at night so the girl at the reception was a bit tired. Parking in a closed yard, view of the capital's highway so the surroundings are appropriate.

We stayed with the guys in 4 rooms, the rooms are clean, everything is beautiful, I liked everything) the only negative is the thin walls and a lot of external audibility

Very friendly administrator, clean, comfortable bed, breakfast to choose from! I'll be there, choose this hotel

Attended a birthday party here and it was magnificent but I've not slept in their rooms yet, heard it's sexy though😁

A nice hotel, a bit far from city but very comfortable rooms and great amenities. It is atleast a four star hotel at a price of 3 star. So if you dont want to be in the city center and just have to work and go, this might be the best choice for you. The rooms and bathroom are refurbished. The hotel restaurant is very good, you will enjoy a good breakfast. Recommended

The sauna was hot enough today

I've visited only the restaurant of this hotel but my general impression is really positive. Nice personnel and dishes were delicious.

Nice reasonably priced hotel. Very clean with friendly staff.

A very comfortable and upscale establishment. The rooms are well cleaned and well furnished. The Minibar prices are very reasonable.

Great place to spend time with family. Good SPA, cuisine, rooms. The spa has 3 saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi, salt room. It's good to come with children, the little one didn't leave the pools)) The staff is polite. The prices for the kitchen are a little high, but the hotel is not 3 stars) We liked it, I recommend! 😁

Nice staff, deluxe rooms with a view of the courtyard and trees, large, clean, comfortable. There are slippers and robes. The SPA is clean, there are Russian, Finnish, Roman steam rooms. Salt room, salt pool, large pool, comfortable temperature. Small pool with massage loungers. We are currently at the hotel, we like everything. We took a massage in the salon, we liked it. There are parking spaces

I liked this hotel, I liked the breakfasts and the food that can be ordered to the room from the restaurant menu. The staff that works in the spa tries very hard to be polite and help guests. I think that the staff is very competently selected. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient for me personally. There is a shopping...

Nice quiet spa with pool, sauna, steam room and salty room. Good food and affordable prices. Spa includes bathrobe, exceptional

Very good place to stay in Kiev . Nice staff ,beautiful spa and great massage . Many thanks to Alina from the SPA. Good food at the restaurant and large variety of wines . Definitely recommend and for sure will be back

The swimming Pool and spa were nice. The rooms were ok but not the 5 star I hoped for. The AC wasn’t great. Breakfast items were limited.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Verkhovyna. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or long visit. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience. I would recommend this hotel for a nice and affordable stay.

Not bad hotel exactly 200 meter from Kyiv orbit, lot of pine trees .

GREAT HOTEL! GREAT RESTAURANT! Any bad reviews are from stupid ignorant people who expect everything for nothing. Best place for price in Kiev. Perfectly clean and comfortable room. Tatyana and Tanya at reception are wondeful, professional, and nice. ALL restaurant staff wonderful. Good food Good price. Excellent convience store and Metro very very close. Very cheap Uber or Metro ride to city

Nice place in forest.near airport and road.Good restoran.

It's convenient. though it's really far from the airport. It's good if you're just looking for a place to spend the night without spending too much.

Comfortable and not much expensive.... Heres the picture of their restaurant which is more cozy and peaceful.

For us it was not a conference room but a room with four beds. Very free, the room has a TV with a diagonal of about 25 inches and a refrigerator. Clean, fresh bed linen, soft mattresses nice to sleep, but in turn, the mattress cover is not so hot. The ceilings are high, but the hoods have not been cleaned; dust weighs. Just to respect the administration and the work of the cleaners, I don't post photos...

I had the best experience. Nearby lake access is the selling point of this hotel. Very reasonable prices. Whenever I am in Kiev, it will be my choice for a long long time.

We just spent the night. Considering that there was no shower or toilet in the room, I give only three stars, everything else is fine.

Nice and quite aria good to relax and watch the lake near. 2019 I was there, very helpful employees, and very resnable price, I'll be back.

Not to bed. Isn't very clean, but friendly stuff and good location

Place for professionals. I satisfied

Good place to stay close to the zhuliany airport. Staff are friendly and helpful

Simple hotel on the outskirts. Close to the airport.

🇷🇺 🇺🇸 The room is clean, comfortable and air conditioned. Nice, comfortable bed, sleep was comfortable) delicious breakfast in a restaurant (4 to choose from) at a very affordable price. I recommend! Clean and fancy room with air conditioner. Good and comfortable bad, slept tight)) Delicious breakfast at the restaurant for quite cheap price, 4 breakfast for choose. Highly recommend!

The hotel is wonderful. A friendly administrator meets from the doorway, there is an elevator. The hotel has a grocery store and a restaurant. The room is very clean, aired in advance. There are towels, you can ask for a hairdryer. The accessories included a shoe sponge and 2 soaps. Other things could be bought from the administrator. It is strange, of course, that there are at least no slippers and...

Nice restaurant. Traditional dishes

The hotel is conveniently located - 10 minutes walk to the train station. Check-in is quick, staff is friendly. The room is clean, there is a mini-fridge, kettle, TV. Wi-Fi works well. Everything is clean in the bathroom. It was a little disappointing that there were no disposable slippers. But otherwise - great, I recommend it.

I moved in on February 12th. Booked through Booking for a day. The room is clean, very high ceilings. Double room can be viewed on the website, the photos correspond to reality. If your bed is by the window in the cold season, ask the administrator for a wind blower, or sleep in pajamas. The room has everything you need for travelers. Mini-fridge, TV, kettle with cups, bedside tables, chairs, wardrobe...

The hotel is ok for its prices. Simple, but neat. Towels, slippers, gel / shampoo, normal linen. Spacious. Cheerful wifi. There are restaurants nearby, Mac. The grandfather on watch for 20 UAH guards the car at night.

Clean but old hotel .. location is nice .

Quite big rooms, good wifi connectivity, clean and cosy.

Internet is not good for working. Service is nice but the poor girl is by herself multitasking. Giving 5 stars for the effort and good response from the receptionist. The building lacks ventilation.(fresh air)

The economy version...if you need a cheap bed, then You here... the hotel is made partly from Khrushchev...

Excellent combination of "price-quality" for a budget hotel on the estate. Sound insulation is almost there, but this is the only negative. Clean, tidy, pleasant staff, good pub with decent food. Convenient transportation, but metro will have to go

It's very nice hotel, wonderful , the food is really nice 👌

My first visit to the park, and subsequent visits as well, left me with a sea of emotions and impressions. I also happened to be there when the flowers were blooming and everything was green—green, with a lake, fishermen, benches almost by the water where wives supervise their fishermen—well done, mothers with strollers pushing their children, families, some having a picnic on the grass, those who...

Popular park for kids and dogs lovers. Clean and green exept lake - it's always dirty. Overall good place especially in working hours

I believe that park was renovated in the last few years, it looks great and beautiful now. Its is kept clean by the city. There is a small “lake” in the middle close to the place where children can play. Next to that is a place for outdoor exercise. Very nice!

Delicious food at the restaurant, good variety of dishes. Clean and comfortable suite. Very friendly team! Recommended for any event.

We like the hotel. 10 km to city center but we have a rented car ao its very easy to us. The rooms are new large and very clean. The price is reasonable

My appartement was located next to the chicha bar and I had 3 nights during which loud music was playing till 3am. The reception service is nice some of them do speak English.

Nice Hotel for a stay up to two days but ... The fridge and the TV were not working and there was no room service after the first night...

Great place for everyone travelling. There were a few couples doing naughty stuff very loudly but you can't blame the place for that 🙂

We stayed at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and organized to a high standard. The staff was courteous, and patient throughout our stay – a special thank you to Anna for the warm and personal attention! Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return in the future.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are clean and it's quite at night. Very good design everywhere, it's visible that place is new. The location is ok, it's far from city centre but if you are interested to stay closer to university district it's a good place. The hotel is dog friendly! Ah, also make sure to check if your room has windows as not all of them do

This is a great place to stay. Modern and definitely has a personality. The front desk staff were nice and the atmosphere is fun. Our room was very nice. Bed was quite firm, and pillows were ok, maybe a little soft for my taste. The location is near a nice mall with lots of world-brand stores and ice skating...and that includes one of the largest grocery stores I have ever been to in my life. If...

Rooms are quite small but the staff at reception is quite helpful...

I enjoyed my stay here . Reasonable price for room's fare and huge supermarket nearby to collect some stuff you need.15 minutes by car to the center if the traffic not busy.

New hotel, excellent service with nice warming staff. Nice clean rooms.

Fantastic hotel. People in the administration really helped us with all our questions and we booked 3 more days🙏 Cleaning on 100%. Facilities 100% Administration 100%. We will came back here next time in Kyiv🙏

This place is great for the price. There is a restaurant/bar in the basement of the building that does serve breakfast. Location is decent

At first they gave us the wrong room, the second time they gave us the wrong key to the door. The room was not soundproof, so we could hear our neighbors we couldn't sleep when they woke up at 7 morning. The breakfast so bad. There was no shampoo and no kettle the room clean

Honestly, adequate. The bed was creaking as you wouldn’t believe, the head rest leather coating started to peel off, therefore, covering the bed in these little pieces, the wood covering the wall in the bathroom started to unglue as well.. AC was set at 5 C in 30 degrees heat but it wouldn’t really do anything to the temperature in the room. The food was ok, especially the pancakes but on our first...

Two of us stayed here for four days and nights. I love this hotel and will return. The staff are super helpful and multilingual, and go out of their way to help. Housekeeping is wonderful and it’s straight across the lane from a huge supermarket which has everything you can imagine. Wifi is fast and the bed comfortable. Highly recommended

Excellent! In love with this place!

The best hotel in Kyïv. Sauna, pool, hot bath, extremely convenient location

it's bit far from the city center...

Great location, and interesting arts projects in the halls

Super clean and comfortable hotel. Situated opposite Ultramaket, mall and cinema. Located 5km away from Independence square (central) but amenities at hotel make up for it. TV channels are mostly English, which is a huge plus. Overall great stay!

Stayed here in July 2025 and it was my first night in ukraine. The lady at reception was amazing and the rooms were clean. Hope to come back 🫡🇺🇦🇬🇧

Standard hotel to sleep, no more. Great location. Up to 10 minutes by a walk to nearest metro station. Then 12 min to the city center.

Walls are a bit thin. Not soundproof. We can hear the TV from guest next door. Make sure you bring earplugs! And hope that the guests next door to you don't watch TV all night with loud volumes!

Nice place to spend one night during business trip. Serves tasty Ukrainian food. Serves room for conference conducting. Room includes compact fridge, electrical kettle.

Older hotel, tidy, nicely decorated... Breakfast was a little disappointing and the fitness is the local running oval :)

Not far from the underground. A convenient bathroom, we met friendly manager. As for cons, we had to ask for cleaning after two nights of staying, the electric lock could work with issues, a little bit dusty.
