Nice staff, deluxe rooms with a view of the courtyard and trees, large, clean, comfortable. There are slippers and robes. The SPA is clean, there are Russian, Finnish, Roman steam rooms. Salt room, salt pool, large pool, comfortable temperature. Small pool with massage loungers. We are currently at the hotel, we like everything. We took a massage in the salon, we liked it. There are parking spaces.

I liked this hotel, I liked the breakfasts and the food that can be ordered to the room from the restaurant menu. The staff that works in the spa tries very hard to be polite and help guests. I think that the staff is very competently selected. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable, the blankets are comfortable. The location of the hotel was convenient for me personally. There is a shopping center nearby. Thanks to all the staff.

Terrible attitude towards guests! Terrible service ! Security is rude ! The guard became rude to a personal nature ! Worst attitude towards people ! The administration was rude at the entrance ! I don’t recommend it

Were on the weekend. I liked the hotel, good rooms. But I went for the pool and spa. Swimming pool 1 large, 1 small with sea water. There is also a children's pool but not working. Although there were children. This is the only negative, because I want to separate adults without children and with children. 3 saunas, but the hammam didn't work either. Massages and spa treatments are top notch. The only remark is that the hammam and the children's pool work. The staff is very friendly. The restaurant is delicious. I'll come again.

We rested and celebrated a birthday at the end of January. A great place to switch from the metropolis to a wave of relaxation. The stay includes a visit to the spa complex - three baths, two swimming pools (in one the water is cool, they could only bend it down after the bath to cool down), a salt room (when you come in, make sure that the ultraviolet lamp above the entrance is not turned on). Our price also included a hearty breakfast, so it costs $13-14 per person. Our room was good, even though it was facing the city. You can definitely hear the road noise. At the entrance to the room, the light bulb did not work and the toilet was leaking a little (not critical). Administrators are friendly and welcoming. If you want to relax, and not look for something that's not right, then you'll like it. Oh, yes, there are soap accessories in the room, but there is no toothpaste and brush. There are robes too. Towel +, in the spa they give separately, which is also very convenient. If possible, I would put a cooler with water in the spa (I wanted to drink after the bath :) Having written a review, I feel like a secret guest :) We want to come back again😉. Thank you city holiday resort for hospitality and spa complex.

A wonderful quiet place for a good rest on one of the busiest roads. They do not look at the fact that the hotel stands directly above the district - on the territory and in the rooms there is peaceful silence, birdsong is heard, in the inner park it is fresh and cozy. The spa area consists of several pools, one of which is with sea water, children's pools are not deep, all baths and saunas are clean, exactly, as are sun loungers and showers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Restaurant: the menu is quite simple, but tasteful, one caveat is a long wait for serving. I recommend it for both family vacations and romantic evenings.

Great place to spend time with family. Good SPA, cuisine, rooms. The spa has 3 saunas, 2 pools, jacuzzi, salt room. It's good to come with children, the little one didn't leave the pools)) The staff is polite. The prices for the kitchen are a little high, but the hotel is not 3 stars) We liked it, I recommend! 😁

Not exactly what we've expected. The pool area was crowded and not always clean - please keep in mind that it has public access. The hotel territory in general is quite small and surrounded by commercial properties (exactly opposite the pool). Standard rooms don't have double beds - only single beds put together. Still the dinner was good - delicious food, nice service. Same goes for the breakfast. The reception ladies were also nice and helpful. Anyway, not actually a 5* experience.
