We took a lux room, but it was somewhat untidy, no mini bar in the room, and you have to pay for slippers (and to get them you gotta go to another building).
The difference between lux and standard is the size.
You also get charged for parking.
I wouldn't recommend that hotel. There are much better places to stay in Kyiv at about similar rate.
