I would like to rate the overall property in general 4 out of 5... Accommodations were spacious but it feels empty like something is missing in design to make it more cozy and comfortable for those two floors. From the inside, I believe it requires a better way of “ heating “. It is maintained with AC on the second “floor“( bedroom side) but unfortunately, it is not enough to make a conform temperature...

I can see some older comments regarding low restaurant quality. Rest assured, this year this has been dealt with. Service is nice and fast with awesome food. The hotel is great. Cottage with patio is heavenly. It can be quite noisy if there are events on territory. Also the swimming pool is free of charge for hotel guests from 07:00 to 09:30

I stayed here for 30 days and was overall very satisfied. Affordable, very friendly staff and owner, well kept rooms, close access to shops, access to city center and ATM's. Stayed 2 days and I like it except that its a bit far from center and no elevator also guests aren’t allowed after 10

First,the hotel is ok by price, clean and silent., second; far from the center of lviv,public transports are not quite enough,just one alternative mini bus(interval around 30 minutes), taxi is expensive.you should think about it before reservation

The price for this 2-star hotel is ridiculously cheap. My room was clean and spacious, but the Eiffel tower picture on the wall is hideous. But rooms with very small bathroom and toilet. Interesting bed shapes. Unfortunately in our room we can smell cigarettes even through it was non smoking. Staff can not speak English but we made it. No elevator, they accept cards. Parking is on the street in front of hotel.

The staff of there hotel are very kind and gentle

A small hotel for 32 people, 4 km from the city center. Two-story building. On the first floor there are car repair shops, on the second floor there is a hotel. The rooms are clean, 2, 3 and 4-bed. Continental breakfast, served at a certain time in the rooms. The cost of a taxi to the hotel via Uber from the city center is about 2 euros.

The room was nice, but it was on the second floor of the car maintenance building. Housekeeping was poor, with strangers' hair in the shower and fallen eyelashes in the sink. The worst part was there was a huge bug on the wall that kept flying around. Parking is 10 UAH per day. The tram ride to the center is a few stops away.

Great freshly made renovation. If you like to have fine dinner, better go to city. Location is good for calm rest at night, as not many cars are passing by. Takes about 20 min to walk to city center It is a bit overpriced for the quality and location.

Nice hotel with the great view on the city in the green part of the city not far away from the High castle. There is a restaurant with nice cuisine where you may have a lunch or dinner and also celebrate special events of your family. After visiting the hotel for the first time, I cannot stay at any other other than this. Very good owners, the rooms are clean, tidy with a good repair. Small, cozy mini hotel. Everything is in miniature. The dining room is large. The rooms are small, but there is everything you need (plasma, shower, kettle, high ceilings). Cleanliness😅 For 150 UAH you can order breakfast. The cost of the room is from 1200-1500 UAH

The price and quality of some service don't match at all. You wouldn't expect the waiter bumping through a back door to the SPA area you book entirely for yourself without even knocking or calling you. But receptionist and security gentleman saved the impression, 5 stars. Breakfast a bit poor.

Good location with tram stop nearby. Waiter/barman in the café was rude and I felt I was putting him out to be served. The female receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Just a pity that one person let the place down.

Simple and cozy hotel. Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair). Very friendly staff. They will help and gladly provide with an information about the city. Open for visitors 24/7 so you can have a long walk till the midnight and after. Price=quality.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear every word from next room. I had no sleep untill like 1:30 am because quests in the room nexto me were loud. Wifi was decent. Girl at the reseption was very nice and helpfull. Considering the price, all in all, it is not a bad deal.

We stayed in this hotel from January 19 to 24, 2026. Small, very clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. In the morning the girls prepare delicious breakfasts. The Savoyage is modern, cozy and very clean. If we come to Lviv, we will only stay here.

Short unexpected stay, but what a treasure. Inexpensive, breakfasts that include soufflés and roasted coffee, not instant. Everything like new: what's not to love. Downtown is a 30 minute stroll or trolley ride.

Good value place. I stayed in a 8 bed dorm which was super cheap. It is clean, nice bathrooms, there is a games room and well located with around 10 minute walk to the old city.

The hotel is very nice. Friendly personnel. Quite location. Room is small but tidy. The downside so far is the construction works within the hotel area itself, and the nearby street - so have to use the backdoor gates and the bell for the entrance, quite inconvenient. Swimming pool is clean and reasonably large, enough laybads, free towels. The breakfast is very tasty, served 8-10, very convenient
