The hotel is nice, quite and very clean.
The problem is the breakfast!
As foreigners we don't know how to order the food.
*There is no buffet* The waitress will take ur order.. Then wait for some time!

Good location with tram stop nearby. Waiter/barman in the café was rude and I felt I was putting him out to be served. The female receptionists were lovely and very helpful. Just a pity that one person let the place down.
Clean, nice restaurant, Friendly Staff, English spoken there, convenient for bus and tram
Simple and cozy hotel. Clean rooms with a minimum set of features: towels, soap, shampoo, water, glasses. No sleepers in room, but you can buy it on the check-in desk (about 50 UAH per pair).
Very friendly staff. They will help and gladly provide with an information about the city.
Open for visitors 24/7 so you can have a long walk till the midnight and after.
