Sleep Hotel in Lvov

Stale bed with stains, lack of hot water (the water temperature is "summer", and so I wanted to warm up after frost), there is no elementary kettle. It was possible to take better care of people, provide comfort. From the pros: TV (work), convenient location of the hostel, availability of parking spaces, nice woman at the reception.

Upon arrival in Lviv, I called the hotel to confirm my check-in time. Literally half an hour later, the receptionist called me and kept asking me exactly what time I'd arrive ("after two o'clock"—my answer apparently didn't satisfy her). However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to wait 10-15 minutes because housekeeping wasn't finished yet. The receptionist allegedly said, "It was a difficult check-out!" I stayed at the hotel for a week. During that time, I had to call the receptionist twice because I ran out of toiletries and to have the trash removed. As far as I know, the rooms are cleaned every three days. During my seven-day, six-night stay, the hotel wasn't cleaned once, not even a simple wet cleaning or trash removal! This is very disappointing, considering the rooms have no air conditioning or mosquito nets, and it's summer outside, so the rooms are hot! The receptionist said there were mosquito nets, but she only gave me an electric fogger. Regarding the noise policy: noise is prohibited from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (it's posted near the reception desk), but in neighboring rooms it was unbearably noisy periodically until 11:00 PM to midnight, with doors closing very loudly. The receptionist was absent during this time and completely inactive! For the convenience of guests, I recommend installing noise-reducing tape on the door frames. Train the receptionists to process documents using bank transfers!
Regarding breakfast, it starts between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM, which is late! Considering the fact that there are no refrigerators in the rooms, guests will simply go hungry if they're traveling for work, not leisure! When the cleaning lady came to clean up the trash at my request, she decided to look through my travel toiletries as if we were neighbors!

To sum it up: review your staff's job descriptions, train them, and make your hotel a more comfortable place to stay, as it's currently nothing more than a hostel! And also, introduce cleaning controls!
