The hotel has outlived its usefulness. Be careful! No clarification that the "hotel" is on the 3rd floor without an elevator, and on the floor itself everything is in cigarette smoke, I do not recommend it to pregnant women and sensitive people.

The plumbing is old, the water pressure is low, the bed is worn out, the towels are stained, the furniture has been repaired with patches several times. The hairdryer does not work, the hot water is barely warm.

The location is far from the center, note the average taxi fare from 200 UAH from the station.

The administration is polite in mood. You clarify one piece of information, then everything turns out to be wrong. The woman with blond hair does not greet you, is constantly on the phone.

If you want to wait out the bad weather until the train - they may ask you to pay an extra day for sitting in the corridor for more than 3 hours.

The room was spacious, but everyone in the hotel wants to retire. We will not return. I will not recommend.

It's just horrible...When you check in, there are trash cans. At the entrance to the hotel, the smell of tobacco closes the door. At 10 pm, the lights were turned off, there was almost no water. The smell is shocking, it's good that there was your own bed linen. For 1300!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

In short, the service makes me want to vomit, literally and figuratively 🥲

We stayed at this hotel for a few days while they were doing repairs at home. We first stayed in a cheaper room for two days, and when the more expensive one became available, we moved to it. In both rooms, the furniture and bedding were old and very well "worn", and in the more expensive room we also got a bedbug from previous visitors. Yes, you read that right, they simply put a dirty blanket in a clean pillowcase and made the bed, at first it smelled really bad and it was not clear where it came from, but when we realized it, I ran to the toilet, because dinner was asked outside, and my husband went to talk to the employees.

2- After 3 days of staying at the hotel, we realized that the repairs at home were delayed and we had to extend our stay at the hotel for another 3 days. The hotel employee said she couldn't help because she had been working 5 or 7 days without a day off and was very tired, and her partner couldn't go to work due to an injury. They evicted us (after reminding us 10 times before that, don't forget to leave!!!)

The room is small, the battery is buzzing, the location of the sockets is not convenient, the corridor is very smoky. The staff is friendly!
