The price does not match the quality. In general, the repair of the house is good, if you don't pay attention to a bunch of small flaws - the general humidity of the house, which makes the walls "cry", and you can let ducks swim under the windows; constant knocking out of electricity machines from even a small overload of the network; somewhere something sticks out, somewhere something is not glued; a threshold in the shower that does not fulfill its function - water spread throughout the bathroom; a terrace without good lighting - you had to use flashlights when preparing barbecue; yard in the swamp, as a separate attraction, especially when it was necessary to pack things in the car, I chose - to walk along the ridge or climb into the swamp. And in general, the fact that repairs were being made in the house next door and they took electricity from "our" house and a hanging-lying cable in the middle of the terrace was a kind of entertainment.

Electricity went out constantly, it was impossible to heat something properly in the microwave or cook in the oven. Accordingly, the Internet, televisions and many other things did not work normally.

Near the two large windows on the first floor, there was always a puddle due to condensation from those same windows. All the outer corners of the house were also constantly wet, one of which was bypassed by the stairs, so I had to throw a rag and periodically wipe it, as a puddle formed on the stairs, which spread over several steps.

In the room in which I lived, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, so there was constant humidity, and you could only open the windows for ventilation during the day, because due to problems with electricity, the heating did not work normally in the morning and in the evening, and I did not want to be cold

They promised that it would be possible to order breakfast, lunch and dinner, they even promised to drop the menu, as it turned out that no one was particularly going to cook, at most they offered to cook something for our entire company, separately for everyone - no

They also said that there is a vat that you can use, again this was all for advertising, in fact they refused to light it and sent us to look for vats in institutions

The territory is still under construction, the territory has not been improved, during our stay there was warming and everything around us was in a swamp

And all this at the price of UAH 2,500 per night

The only plus is that the renovation is really good and there is a barbecue

The territory of the house was not improved during our stay 12/30/221-01/03/2022.

There is no wardrobe in the rooms!, only a couple of hangers, so all 4 days that my family and I spent there, things remained in suitcases, which is not very convenient (except for a few that fit on the aforementioned hangers).

I don't know about other rooms, but in 4, the sink in the bathroom is so small that every time I normally wash my face, there was a puddle on the floor.

The light was constantly going out, even when a minimum of appliances were turned on.

I personally did not mind the train, but not a word was said about it, under the house itself, during the reservation.

I left a lot of impressions here, and I won't say that they were pleasant. Well, first of all: we were vacationing with children and as it turned out there was no sleeping place for a child, and our bed was clearly designed for 2 adults, they brought us a leather sofa for a 4-year-old boy, from which he usually fell at night, so we pushed the sofa to the bed, so that the child could sleep normally, after which the hostess said that we had scratched her parquet. Well, it's crumbs.
New Year's Eve, we had to cook food on the grill, because the light was out from every device, whatever it was. All days we washed our heads in turn, because we could not dry them, everything turned off.
On the first day, there was, like, a cleaning lady in the house, but I can't say that it was clean - I can't, when I put on the things that were lying on the shelf, they were just stuck with dust. There was no ventilation in our room and the bathroom was wet, as if outside, water everywhere, puddles of water from condensation under every window
We were told that it would be possible to steam in the vats, when it came to that, we were politely sent to the neighboring vat, it seems like it takes a long time and is not profitable.
On the first floor, the floor is cold enough for the children to play on, and we laid a rug that was folded behind the sofa, and I passed out from allergies for two days, because there was nothing but wool and dust on that rug. The house may be new, but renting it to people in such a condition is terrifying, especially for a lot of money
