Good location, small cozy rooms, enough space. The rooms are clean and warm and a pleasure to be in. wi-fi, tv work well. Special thanks to the owner Svetlana!

Secondly, it's sooo delicious to cook! Honestly, I'm still impressed!
Prices are small, breakfast 70 hryvnia per person. Lunch first and second 150.
Trostyan, 10 minutes walk.
Zakhar Berkut 8 km. Equipment rental is available near the hotel, at the railway station and near the mountains themselves, shops are within walking distance.

Very cozy place with beautiful grounds and mountain views. Delicious homemade food, super friendly and sincere hosts. We recommend to rest both in summer and in winter.

1. False information about numbers. In fact, there is no internet, kettle, refrigerator. And this is the problem of the guests. According to the hostess Svetlana, they did not ask her. Yes, the site says that all this is in the room, but it was necessary to clarify. And she would honestly tell that the Internet is in the cafe. Is it difficult for guests to go there? No, she doesn't think it's all a scam.
2. The room is smoky. The owner says it's not. She doesn't smoke! It can stink with cleaning products, because "especially for us, the room was thoroughly washed." The name of cleaning with a persistent smell of electronic cigarettes and dust does not know.

Of the pluses - the place is beautiful, overlooking the mountains and the stream. Nice food and friendly hostess who cooked it. Cons - the hotel needs renovation, in some places it looks abandoned. The rooms are stuffy, the windows do not open and the batteries are not regulated. Food prices are above average compared to neighbors. The owner behaved rather unfriendly, at times even rudely cursed at us over trifles. The ski lift is not 3 minutes, as it is written, but 10-15 minutes (750 meters uphill).

The location is interesting, the room is pleasant, spacious. Of the minuses, cleaning both the rooms and the surrounding area. In winter, there is about 7 centimeters of frost near the threshold. There is a place to park the car, the check-in is not very convenient (in winter). There are shops nearby, (prices are normal) there are restaurants nearby.
