A pleasant stay for the whole family, the opportunity to undergo various procedures, massage. The villa is warm in winter. Spacious yard, you can relax in the gazebo, cook barbecue. Convenient location, not far from the lower pump room.

01/02/2022 It is very cold in the room even when the outside temperature is only -4.problems with hot water,there is not always and only if you let it down for a long time ..smell from the kitchen in the room,poor ventilation,TV and Internet did not work for 2 days out of 5 days , at the time of departure, they didn’t fix it, BUT the most important thing is that the owner believes that he has the right to enter the room without even knocking, but simply by opening the door with his key, it seemed to him that we had left and he decided to check the order (at that moment there was a child in the room who got scared when the door opened and a stranger came in! .besides a good location, there are only negative emotions about this place

Cozy villa. In a convenient place. It takes no more than 10 minutes to reach the pump at a slow pace. Own territory with a playground, lawn, gazebos. Massages and medical procedures are available on site (not only for residents), you can order a doctor's consultation right there. There is food. Not far from the market. The same applies to the sanatorium "Karpaty" with its picturesque territory. Prices are average for Truskavets (just an apartment will cost 2 times cheaper).
The staff is friendly. Purely. Quietly. There are rooms with a kitchen. The only point is that the sofas in two-room rooms are not very comfortable, they are given an additional mattress, but it also constantly falls off.
Staying with dogs is not allowed.

We lived in a two-room suite with a kitchen. Pros - a closed area without security, a large garden in the back yard, a large loggia with a beautiful view of the mountains and the garden, a barbecue, benches, a children's swing and a slide, the owners are extremely nice and polite people, they tried to fulfill your favorite requests (for example, do laundry) . There are medical procedures. The location is advantageous - near the city center, 600 meters to the pump station. There are many nice grocery stores nearby.
Cons - you had to throw out the trash yourself, the kitchen utensils are old, the pans are burnt, the water pressure from the kitchen tap is just meager, the rooms have very old carpet.
