Friendly staff. Extremely nice convenient price offered by booking. Strange elevators. Strange booking department. Strange prepaid system via PrivatBank transfer card to card. Clean room, good mattress, quite big room. Any kind of problem going to be solved at no time with magic man he came just in seconds and fix any problem.

Best place you will ever visit Amazing staff, great food, amazing excursions, only has 2 issues, bar to small an needs more staff, if 6 people waiting takes 30 mins, last issue check in a real pain.. but we'll worth the stay

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat. The assortment is poor and not really tasty, for sure breakfast is better than dinner. But it could be just my matter of taste - that's why my total mark is still 5/5.

Great hotel. Nice location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Truskavets. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Very diversity breakfast, for everyone taste: from simply scramble eggs and porridge to red fish and chia puddings. Good spa zone, especially saunas and hammam. Also cool massage, highly recommended!

A wonderful hotel, a wonderful stay. Everything about the hotel is excellent: the service, the rooms, the restaurant. Truskavets boasts wonderful weather, beautiful nature, and remarkable architecture.

Everything is great, I highly recommend it! Beautiful interior, lots of rooms, some with beautiful balconies, everything is done with taste, room service is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is pleasant and attentive. There's a sauna, no pool, no grounds, but there is parking, even two.
