This hotel is far above expectations. We booked on Wednesday night (due to my wife's birthday on Thursday).
Honestly, the staff is excellent and the manager of serving was really fantastic (i am sorry, I do not remember his name) but he was at his heels all the time.
Rooms were good and good atmosphere around. I would like to visit again.
Live music sets the evening with drinks.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Great service, delicious food! Super friendly and hospitable environment! Big thank you to Victoria, who made this place full of fun and love. Place that you wanna come back to!

Very good place if You visit Odessa. Perfectly nice and helpful staff, big and comfortable rooms. Quality of WiFi network is also big plus. Prices and really good quality restaurant! Have no time for breakfast so received lunch package - one of better I remember during my travels. Help with taxi ordering and pay for it by card - thanks! I think I found my hotel in case of next visits in Odessa.

By far the best hotel experience we have had in Ukraine.
We have just checked out after six nights at the wonderful Redling Hotel. I’m not sure how the owners/management have/has achieved such exceptional levels of service from all the staff, but they have managed to create an atmosphere that is not only warm and welcoming, but also the feel that all of the staff really care about the hotel and its guests.
I wanted to post this the same day that I checked out but I will post a more detailed review on Booking.com soon.
If you want my advice, don’t book elsewhere in Odessa, nothing compares to this fantastic international class hotel!

Food and drinks are mostly good, but at high prices, for what you get. Considering the 4stars they give themselves and what they pretend to Do, Service and communication are poor, when its getting a bit difficult/ mistakes were done. Basic Services which were promised, were Not available. Not even an appology was given and communication got unappropruate. Breakfast is rather little choice and quality. Some guests get more special treatment, then other (for example, we have been asked to leave our table, as others requested it, Pool sunbeds were kept free All Day long for them, without even using them etc.) - seems like you need to belong to the wannabe rich and beauties of Ukraine to deserve the right treatment and Service.
