I want to leave a sincere review of our wonderful stay at the "Azhur" hotel in Odessa.
This place has become a real island of peace and comfort for us. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just 800 meters from the sea coast, which allowed us to enjoy both walks to the sea and the silence, which is so important for a family vacation.
First of all, I want to note with gratitude the incredible professional work of the administrators Sergey and Natalia. Their courtesy and willingness to help were felt from the first minute. When my child and I urgently needed a room, they showed sincere humanity, promptly resolving all issues with the reservation. Such care is what leaves the most pleasant impressions and shows the true level of service. This is not just a job, but a calling.
The hotel itself left exclusively positive emotions. Every corner – from the hall to our room – was perfectly clean, tidy and well-groomed. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay: comfortable furniture, air conditioning, a mini-bar, a TV with YouTube, which was a real salvation for the child, as well as a full bathroom, which was a pleasant surprise. An important advantage was that the hotel has free Wi-Fi, which allowed us to always stay in touch. It was especially nice to share positive impressions with friends through various messengers, relaxing in the cozy courtyard of this hotel. Southern greenery and bright flowers, fresh air and comfortable benches created an atmosphere of complete relaxation.
The general atmosphere in "Azhur" is very warm and cozy: here you really feel that you are taken care of. Every element of the interior, the attentiveness of the staff and a convenient location – everything creates a feeling of home comfort.
Hotel "Azhur" is a place where you want to return again to feel this Odessa hospitality and real care.

Good hotel

Good value for money.

The hotel is very nice. Stayed just one night. The room is quite comfortable. Minus the bathroom is a bit old and there is no nice view from the window. The rest is pretty good. Very soft bed. Quiet in the hotel, which is always lacking. The air conditioner works quite well. There are no problems with water. The man at the reception, God bless you. You still need to look for such a gallant and kind and friendly attitude in Odessa hotels.
