Booked a room, having previously read the reviews, maybe there are a lot of positives - they left their choice on the Rose of Winds.
The first impression is, to put it mildly, not very much, at the entrance there was a man with a cigarette and a cup of coffee, passed by, to the reception, there was no one there, he came up with a displeased face, called the administrator and came back. The administrator turned out to be much nicer - she gave us the key and escorted us to the room. From the view in the room, we were not happy to say the least (
The only plus is air conditioning, comfortable sleeping place)
1- a huge number of switches, none of them works, the room is very dark (yes, in fact, like in the hall, insert the key, that is another quest)
For the whole room - 4 Wall lamps, + 1 in the bathroom
There are additional ones, but they lack bulbs
2-Sockets-3 (1 for the refrigerator, 1 for the TV, 1 free)
3-smell in the room, Mold in the corners under the ceiling -the dimensions are impressive, and judging by the fact that the wallpaper is re-glued in pieces, they tried to fight it!
4 - construction site outside the window, on the other side neighbors and various trash
5- the bathroom is a separate topic ... the ceiling is in a terrible state, there is simply no second lamp, someone's hair is left in the shower tray, the curtain below is black, the plumbing can already be replaced, she has not much left to live (there is hot water, but time must pass while it drains ... the button in the toilet works every other time, there is a gel / shampoo and soap, it looks more like a household
6- towels and clean bedding, it seems) but already lived, decently washed
7-carpet-as for me-more minus than plus, with bare feet I did not dare to stand on it, especially after the layer of dust that we saw when we pulled out the plug from the TV set
8-there is a wardrobe and a mirror - this is great, but because of the lighting, almost nothing is visible in it anyway (
9-there is only 1 shop nearby, there is nothing else in the area
10-to go to the sea decently, with children I would not dare, especially if with a stroller, you need to go down the stairs to the sea, decently, but the sea GORGEOUS is the only significant plus, there is nothing on the beach and next to it, i.e. there is nowhere to buy water or anything else, you need to take everything with you in advance.
The second time I will not return 100%, and I will be more careful when choosing a hotel so that there are no such disappointments

And so we booked a studio 2 + 1 (room number 12), a small room in size with a double bed and a sofa, the cost is 1080 per day. The room also has a small TV and a small refrigerator, there is no hair dryer or iron in the room, as I was told, he is the only one for the whole hotel, so if necessary, you run and ask at the reception 🤷. The three of us settled in, but gave us 2 towels (they were in some kind of washed out stains, and all different colors, well, it was not very pleasant to use them, they asked to change them, but ..... apparently they just scored on us). At the hotel, there is a restaurant, the cook cooks well, but for a very, very long time 😤
Then there was a constant problem with the toilet (the drain did not work) at first they ran asking the owner of the hotel (or he was an assistant administrator, but he was always gloomy and dissatisfied with something), after repairing the toilet, water was drawn in it around the clock and it was very noisy, also for 3 the day we were _ not brought toilet paper, we had to go to buy 🤷, also there was never a room cleaning; further, I just started looking for another hotel, stayed in this hotel for 3 days.
There is a good grocery store near the hotel and the infrastructure is over, this hotel is definitely not suitable for families with children, the sea is not far away, but it is not very convenient to go there, especially with children (very dangerous).
In the evening, there is absolutely no place to go.

Since we live near the hotel, there is no need for a room. We go here exclusively for the sake of the pool, my daughter likes it very much. We advise you to rest here.

Very pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Friendly staff, delicious cuisine. Clean spacious rooms, towels, air conditioning. There is a TV and refrigerator. Lots of outlets.
Nearby there are two beaches to choose from. The shore is good, a shallow shell. We were with a 2 year old child, we really liked it

Good hotel, standard room for Odessa for 600 UAH !!! - and this is a find! The room has everything you need, towels, bedding, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, double bed, etc., the bathroom has mini cosmetics. Everything is clean, friendly and understanding staff. There is parking, a swimming pool and sun loungers on site, as well as a good restaurant. For those who are resting (because I was at work): to go to the sea for 10-15 minutes, the beach is not very wide, but the sea in this part of Odessa is the cleanest, the water is warm and clear.
