Staying at OK "Odessa" exceeded expectations because of the professional staff (although cleaning could have been done more often), modern amenities, and the convenient location. Thank you, OK "Odessa".

They are supposed to speak English at this hotel, but the Staff pretend they don't know English. We have many problems at this hotel

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it

com it was written that the parking is included but we were charged for it anyway (it was cheap so I didn’t argue much about it). We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay

The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking

Chic and stylish hotel on the seafront. There are flaws,but who is! No gym, Breakfast is not included. Bad reception of the mobile network inside the hotel.

I dined there twice and found the menu to be well prepared with quality dishes that were priced modestly. The room was clean and stocked with fresh toiletries that are expected in a 4 star hotel

The mini fridge was well stocked with a little if everything and was reasonably priced. The restaurant located at the hotel provided quality service and a pleasant atmosphere

There is a good spa center devided for man and women with wow view on the Black Sea. There is also one of the best seafood restaurant on the first floor. I used to stay in this hotel quite offen when I was in Odessa

The property was in a great area. Lots of shopping for essentials close by. Staff and locals were all very friendly and spoke relative good English.

Not bad accommodation, cheap rooms, but purely for business trips to sleep. Impressed friendly staff, I have not met such a pleasant administrator for a long time.

The rooms are good, sometimes tired carpet and cracked tile in the bathroom, but clean. The sea is relatively close, walk 10 minutes back downhill, back to just lazily stomp the hill

This 4-star hotel is a 3-minute walk from Arcadia beach on the black sea coast. Great place,friendly staff,fine cuisine.

Great place for winter holidays. Clean, comfortable and warm rooms. I would like to highlight the breakfast buffet. And it's all included in the price. Conveniently located on the very shore of the Arcadia Bay

There's nothing much to do in the Winter, except stroll along the beach and enjoy the fresh sea air. But in Summer it is packed with restaurants, bars and a nice place to be in general.

Excellent cuisine for any taste, nice staff and comfortable stay not to mention the lovely sea views - that's Portofino Beach Resort in Odessa.

Had spent a day here (weekday), reasonable prices for usage of pool and the beach. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive

The room was also clean, tidy, the service is similarly good. But there is one more BUT - sound. We as a young couple, day after day interfere with neighboring institutions
