Staying at OK "Odessa" exceeded expectations because of the professional staff (although cleaning could have been done more often), modern amenities, and the convenient location. Thank you, OK "Odessa".

Excellent location, excellent receptionist, bad room service. I said so, due to bringing my luggages up myself. The service guy was setting and watching. Also, when we ordered an extra blanket, we got it after two calls and 25 min of waiting. The front desk girl was amazing to be honest

When booing through hotels.com it was written that the parking is included but we were charged for it anyway (it was cheap so I didn’t argue much about it). We also had the breakfast included and it was barely okay. The location is good and rooms are okay. As the name indicates it’s “ok” to stay there, I simply wouldn’t recommend to include breakfast & parking in the booking.

This hotel leaves us with a broken door and after we report this problem no one fixes it. The other guests from the hotel next to our room slam the door in the morning and have a dog that is barking and does not let people sleep. When we report this problem the Staff hangs up the phone on us. They are supposed to speak English at this hotel, but the Staff pretend they don't know English. We have many...

In general it is good, clean and modern, good soundproofing and bathroom, new furniture, perfect service and area. I had cozy but small room and without table, so hard to work; if you connect 2 beds, you won't get 1 kingsize or just big bed, only discomfort.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and only slightly expensive. I recommend changing the delicious buffet breakfast menu a bit more each day for more variety.

Actually this place is quite good when compared to other places in Odessa. The pool is fine, the rooms are big and they do have outstanding parking. The milkshake that I bought in such high price near the pool was from spoiled milk and was disgusting and it took them about 10 minutes to prepare the check , but actually, as I was saying, it is a nice place to relax and to feel calm even in the middle...

Great location!! I loved this hotel because it’s just a few steps from most night clubs and walking area where you see people, eat, fun with music and just hang out. Front desk was very friendly. Amazingly quite at night. Good size room with great shower. Parking is free. Just go into Arcadia parking (only one) and get ticket. Hotel will validate it. Good WiFi. The bar and restaurant is quite expensive.. 4-5 fold of what you'd buy in a normal store (beer) Food too was expensive.. a meal would equal a days enjoyment there to me.. Nice place, family of 4 adults, one child and a small dog. (650 UAH per person per night) Everything is neat and beautiful. The room has everything you need. Very nice and cozy room, great breakfast! 10-15 minutes to the sea. They give beach towels for free. We discovered a beauty clinic just a few steps away and small cafe with tasty homemade food in the neighborhood.
